The Clinical Research Of Radix Angelicae Dahurica Connection Joint Of Conventional Drugs In The Treatment Of Damp-heat Syndrome Gouty Arthritis

PurposeTo observe clinical efficacy and safety of external application of angelica combined with conventional medicine in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis.MethodAdopting random parallel controlled method,80 patients with acute gouty arthritis who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the observation group(40 cases)and the control group(40 cases).For the patients in the Comparison Group,they took 1 mg of colchicine orally in the first time,and then took another 0.5mg orally 1 hour later.12 hours later,to have them orally take 0.5mg of colchicine for 2 times per day and 75mg of Diclofanac Sodium Sustained Release Tablets once a day.For the Observation Group,to treat them with external application of angelica on the treatment basis of Comparison Group,and each time of external application must be lasting for 4 hours and the angelica must be changed once a day.The total treatment lasted for 7 days.The scores of arthritis,TCM syndrome score,joint pain relief time,Creactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),blood uric acid(UA),quality of life score(EQ-5D),liver and kidney function,three general routine,electrocardiogram and adverse reaction table were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Result1.80 cases are Included in this experiment,and 79 cases of them were completed in the clinical observation experiment,and 1 case from the Comparison Group failed,the failure rate is 1.25%.2.Two groups of CRP,ESR,UA after treatment were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),after the treatment of the two groups,compared to the observation group,CRP,ESR improvement was better than the control group(P<0.05),the two groups of UA improved no significant difference(P>0.05).3.The scores of joint pain,joint pressure pain,joint redness and swelling of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of joint pain,joint pressure pain and arthritis score in the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05)after the treatment.There was no significant difference between the two groups.(P>0.05).The pain relief time in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).4.The TCM syndrome score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).After the two groups,the improvement of TCM syndrome score in the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the effect of TCM syndrome in the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).5.Two groups of quality of life score EQ-5D scores,EQ-VAS scores after treatment were lower than before treatment(P<0.05);after the two groups after treatment,the observation group EQ-5D score,EQ-VAS score improvement is better than the control group(P<0.05).6.The white blood cell count of the two groups was lower than that before the treatment(P<0.05),and there was no difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups after the treatment of the liver function and the renal function(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events in the two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionComparing to absolute and conventional Western Medicine treatment,external application of angelica combined with conventional medicine in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis could further decrease Arthritis Integral.It could shorten the time of pain relief,reduce the score of CRP,ESR and TCM syndrome,and obviously improve the quality of life of the patients,with good safety and clinical application.
