Gout Capsule Protective Effect On The Animal Studies Of Acute Gouty Arthritis Joint

Objective: The aim of study is to research the functional mechanism of therapy for acute gouty arthritis through Tongfengning capsule.Method: The herb is used in the model of animal which get acute gouty arthritis. We evaluate the herb' s curative effect through comparing with Indometacin.Results: We use the method of the tumefaction on the toe of rats test, cytokine level, Caspase-3 and HSP70 expression, and prove herb with the effect of anti-inflammation and analgesia too. We can know the herb with the function of decreasing animal' s TNF-a and ICAM-1 level, increasing IL~2, IL~12 secretion and Caspase-3, HSP70 expression.Conclusion: The herb' s anti-inflammation and analgesia mechanism may be related to inhibiting the TNF-a and ICAM-1 releasing , accelerating IL-2 , IL-12, Caspase-3 and HSP70 expression.
