| PurposeBy observing the comparison of two groups of patients before and after drug therapy of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome curative effect,neural function defect scale,daily life activities ability BI index,the change of the respect such as TCM symptoms curative effect,in order to Huatantongluo capsule in the treatment of stroke-meridian(cerebral infarction)in the recovery of phlegm and blood stasis resistance type winding efficacy and safety of an objective conclusion,so as to promote the clinical application of Huatantongluo capsule.MethodGrouping:In this study,85 patients who were admitted to the hospital department of TCM brain disease department in xiangyang city from December 2015 to May 2016 were selected to meet the patients who met the requirements of this test.Patients with phlegm and blood stasis in the convalescence of the patients with phlegm and blood stasis in the convalescent phase of the patients were randomly divided into observation group(43 cases)and control group(42 cases).Treatment method:The two groups of patients with basic diseases such as hypertension,diabetes,coronary heart disease and other basic diseases were treated with hypotension and hypoglycemic support,and the control group was treated with aspirin enteric tablets(produced by bayer medical care co.,LTD.),100mg/ time,one day after dinner,half an hour after the dinner,and the resvavastatin calcium tablet(produced by nanjing cp tianqing pharmaceutical co.,LTD.),10mg/ time,one day after dinner,and one hour after dinner.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was made up of Huatantongluo capsules(drug composition: Shuizhi 10 g,Quanxie 5g,Tianma 15 g,Dangshen 20 g,Chuanxiong 15 g,Danggui 20 g,Tianzhuhuang 15 g,Yimucao 20 g,Shichangpu 30 g,Yuanzhi 15 g,Gancao 10g),3 pills/time,3 times/day.A course of 12 weeks,respectively in beginning,4th week,8th week,12 th week for safety and efficacy evaluation,observe drugs through routine blood,dung routine,urine routine,liver function,renal function,blood coagulation function,electrocardiogram index to judge the safety index,and observe the adverse reaction,detailed record in time cure disease;It use that questionnaires to assess the effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,scoring of nerve function defects,and the scores of daily life activity capacity scale,as an indicator of validity.After the experiment,all patients in the group were followed up for half a year.Obseivation target :Two groups before and after treatment of TCM symptom integral,neural function defect scale and daily life activities ability index of the BI,TCM symptoms curative effect and security index(blood routine,routine urine,dung + occult blood routine,liver function,renal function,blood coagulation function,electrocardiogram.Statistical analysis :Statistical analysis using statistical software SPSS19.0 treatment.According to the P value judgment result: P<0.05 statistically significant,P>0.05,no statistical difference.ResultsIn this clinical observation,85 cases(43 patients in the observation group and 42 in the control group)were included in the observation group.3 cases were lost in the observation group and 2 in the control group.In total,80 patients completed the experiment and the shedding rate was 5.9%.The observations are as follows:1)the baseline before treatment: two groups of patients in terms of gender,age,course of the disease after statistics analysis,no significant difference(P>0.05).The two groups of treatment were evaluated in Chinese traditional Chinese medicine before they were evaluated,the neurofunction defect,the BI index,the statistical analysis,no apparent difference(P>0.05).2)Indicator of therapeutic effect: symptom and score of TCM syndrome: the two groups were compare in groups before and after treatment,the symptom of TCM syndrome were lower before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Two groups after treatment of 4 weeks,no statistical difference(P>0.05);However,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05)in the 8th and 12 th weeks after treatment.NIHSS: in both groups,the NIHSS score decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the 4th and 8th week after the treatment,there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).In the 12 th week after treatment,there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).BI index of daily activity ability: both groups were compared before and after treatment,the BI index was higher than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the fourth week after treatment,there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).In the 8th and 12 th weeks after treatment,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Clinical efficacy: in the 12 th week after treatment,the curative effect of TCM syndromes was compared with that of TCM syndromes,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).3)safety indicators: The observation group showed 2 case of fecal occult blood positive,and it was given to the oromeprazole intestinal capsule(produced by astrazeneca pharmaceutical co.,LTD.),15mg/ time,once a week,and the normal routine was reviewed after a week.In the control group,3 cases of fecal occult blood were positive,and the same was treated.2 cases of elevated uric acid,sodium bicarbonate tablets(produced by hunan Hansen pharmaceutical co.,limited)1 piece/time,3 times/day,extra water at the same time,the diet high purine food,review all dropped to normal after 1 week.ConclusionThe clinical curative effect of Huatantongluo capsule combined with western medicine routine treatment of stroke-middle meridian(cerebral infarction)convalescence is better than that of western medicine.Huatantongluo capsule combined western medicine therapy in improving TCM symptoms integral,NIHSS,daily life ability is superior to pure western medicine,relieve sequelae,to improve the quality of life in patients with stroke,reduce morbidity,family and social economic burden is a big advantage.And treatment for the patient in the process of routine blood,liver and kidney function,blood coagulation function and electrocardiogram has no obvious effects,no obvious adverse reactions and side effects,good security,have clinical advantages,worthy of clinical application and promotion. |
