Clinical Observation About The Effect Of Shuxuetongmai Decotion On Phlegm And Blood Stasis Resistance Type Winding Shoulder Hand Syndrome After Stroke

Objective: By observing the effect of Shuxuetongmai decotion on phlegm and blood stasis resistance type winding shoulder hand syndrom e after Stroke,provide the basis for the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis resistance type winding shoulder hand syndrome.Methods: 70 patients of phlegm and blood stasis resistance type winding shoulder hand syndrome after stroke were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,35 cases in each group.Control group was given comprehensive western medicine treatment,the treatment group was given comprehensive western medicine treatment and Shuxuetongmai decotion therapy.After 4 weeks treatment,we observed the curative effect of two groups after treatment,and the soft tissue swelling of the symptom classifying quantization table-edema scores,VAS pain index,Fugl-Meyer score and Barthel index changes of two groups before and after treatment.Results:(1)After treatment,the treatment effective rate of treatment group was 91.18%,the treatment effective rate of the control group w as 75.76%,treatment the treatment effective rate was higher than the c ontrol group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)the treatment group limb edema scores was 1.05±0.43 points,the control gr oup limb edema scores was 1.41±0.60 points,treatment group limb ede ma score lower than the control group,differences was statistically sign ificant(P<0.05);(3)the treatment group limb VAS pain index was 2.11±0.74 points,the control of limb VAS pain index was 2.98±1.02 points,the treatment group limb VAS pain index is lower than the control gr oup,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);(4)the treatment group limb Fugl-Meyer score was 38.70±3.77 points,the control group limb Fugl-Meyer score was 34.12±3.35 points,the treatment group limb Fugl-Meyer score higher than the control group,the difference was stati stically significant(P<0.01);(5)the treatment group patients Barthel scor e was 65.44±5.31 points,the Barthel rating of the control group patient s was 59.89±4.50 points,Barthel score was higher than the control gro up,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:(1)Shuxuetongmai decotion can relieve shoulder hand s yndrome after stroke limb edema,alleviate limb pain.(2)Shuxuetongmai decotion can improve shoulder hand syndrome after stroke upper limb movement function and ability of patients' daily life.
