| Objective: To investigate the effect and discuss the mechanisms of the capsule.of dispeling phlegm and eliminating the blood stasis on cerebral infarction .Method: 200 cases of cerebral infarction were randomly devided into two groups. Of which,50cases were set as treated group received the capsule.of dispeling phlegm and eliminating the blood stasis. Results: In the treatment group, the total effective rate were 93%, In the control group were respectively 81%; which were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0. 05). The experiment results showed that the capsule.of dispeling phlegm and eliminating the blood stasis could significantly increase blood clotting time, decrease blood viscosity and activate coagulation time of whole blood. Conclusions: the capsule.of dispeling phlegm and eliminating the blood stasis has the function of modulating symptoms, decreasing blood viscosity ,decreasing blood fat, meliorating the condition of high LPO and low SOD, improving microcirculation,and increasing the blood in brain.
