Observation Of Clinical Curative Effect On Patellofemoral Arthritis Treated With Foot Yangming

Objective:through the knee joint local acupuncture with thigh attribution by reinforced platoon,treatment of patellar type high patellofemoral arthritis,and knee joint local acupuncture therapy,as compared to observe the curative effect of compare them to find a high feasibility,efficacy significantly in the treatment of the disease.Methods:The 70 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.Control group to acupuncture blood,Liang Qiu,gb 34,inside,outside the knee knees eye,the treatment group in the control group on the basis of the following attribution by jin course divided into two rows of acupuncture,a row of from the top of crane to sp 11 attachment,crane as a starting point,a different row of Liang Qiu to rabbit attachment,with beam to pave the starting point,choose two rows are every 1 inch,5 holes in each row,each treatment for 30 minutes.The total score of Lysholm scale,the IS index and the diagnostic efficacy criteria of TCM syndromes were selected as indicators for efficacy evaluation,and statistical analysis was conducted to compare the differences between the two methods.Results:(1)a total of 67 cases were completed in this experiment,among which 2 were excluded from the treatment group,and 1 case was excluded in the control group.The gender,age,course of disease and other general information of the two groups and the total score of Lysholm scale before treatment and the IS index were not significantly different(P BBB 0.0.05),which was comparable.(2)after treatment,the total score and the IS index of the two groups of Lysholm scale were respectively compared in the group,with significant differences(P<0.05),indicating that both groups were effective.(3)after treatment,two groups of patients Lysholm scale total score,IS index were compared between groups,there are significant differences(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group of patients with clinical symptoms improve the situation IS better than that of control group,to promote high patellar normal physiological aspects than the control group have an advantage.(4)After treatment,the cure rate of the treatment group was 75.75%,and the cure rate of the control group was 50.00%.According to the comparison between the two groups,P<0.05 showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in the cure rate.Conclusion:Knee joint local acupuncture with thigh attribution by reinforced platoon,can effectively adjust the quadriceps and the biomechanics of the knee joint abnormalities,promote high patellar restore normal physiology,improve the patient’s clinical symptoms,and can effectively improve the cure rate of patients.Therefore,it is an effective method to treat patellar high patellofemoral arthritis with local needling of the knee joint and the hamming of the thigh,which is worthy of further study and application.
