ObjectivePatellofemoral arthritis is a common disease in orthopaedic outpatient clinic, and it often causes the knee pain in middle and old aged people of which the main symptoms are pains and the limitation of knee activity. The early treatments of patellar arthritis, which prevent its deterioration from being knee osteoarthritis, has great significances to national health, and plays a key role in enhancing the health consciousness. The patellar inward pushing therapy is one of the most effective methods to treat patellofemoral arthritis, the patellar inward pushing therapy is still lacking imaging support and clinical efficacy analysis. In this study,we assessed the relevant imaging changes and related clinical scores(VAS score,Lysholm score and Kujala score)Imaging and analyse the clinical efficacy of patellar inward pushing therapy in the treatment of patellofemoral arthritis All of these indexs can provide the imaging evidence of patellar inward pushing therapy for the treatment of patellofemoral arthritis.ObjectiveBy comparing the changes of VAS score, knee Lysholm score and Kujala score,as well as the changes of patellar anastomosis angle, patellar tilt angle and patellar outward migration measurement results and correlation study, this paper could provide imaging and clinical effect support for the patellar inward pushing therapy in the treatment of patellar femoral arthritis. And the clinical study of patellar inward pushing therapy for patellofemoral arthritis can be applied to the medical fieldMethodsCollect the Eighty-third Army Hospital between June 2017 and June 2018,49 patients with patellofemoral arthritis, age from 31 to 58,we devided the patients into three groups randomly according to conducting patellar inward pushing therapy or not,the experimental group(group A)19 cases, the control group(group B)14cases,the treatment group(group C)16 cases, were given intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate of treatment, group A conducted patellar inward pushing therapy;group B took Standard oral dose of glucosamine hydrochloride;Group C was treated with standard oral dose of glucosamine hydrochloride + patellar inward pushing manipulation. After 6 months of follow-up,the observation indexes(VAS score, knee Lysholm score,Kujala score and patellar anastomosis angle, patellar tilt angle and patellar outward shift measurement)were compared between the three group.By establishing the relevant model and analyzing the related factors,X-ray analysis was used to analyse the results of patellar anastomosis, patellar tilt angle and patellar outward migration before and after the patellar inward pushing therapy.Results1.The follow-up periods were more than 6 months. The symptoms of anterior knee pain were significantly alleviated in all patients in the treatment group, and the VAS score was significantly lower in the three groups after the therapy, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference between group A and group C was statistically significant compared with group B(P<0.05).The difference between group C and group A was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The function of knee joint was improved obviously in all patients, and the score and Kujala score were significantly higher in the three groups before the treatment and at the last follow-up(6 months after treatment),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences between group A and group C and group B were statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between group C and group A was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The results of patellar anastomosis, patellar tilt angle and patellar outward migration were significantly reduced in three groups of patients before the treatment and at the last follow-up(6 months after treatment),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences between group A and group C and group B were statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between group C and group A was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionIn the short term, patellar inward pushing for the treatment of patellar arthritis combined with the drug therapy which the main syptom is knee osteoarthritis can reduce the symptoms of anterior knee pain,so that patellofemoral anastomosis angle, patellar tilt angle and patellar outward migration measurement is better than before,so as to improve the function of knee joint and improve the quality of life of patients.
