Needle Knife Solution Treatment Of Habitual Patellar Subluxation Bone X-Ray Clinical Observation

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of acupotomy loose solution for the treatment of patella subluxation.And the influence of patellar axis position X-ray,patellar index,the influence of the lateral patellofemoral index.To explore the treatment of patella subluxation with acupotomy loose solution mechanism of action and its influence on the knee joint function.Methods:Choose 50 patients met the inclusion criteria of patients with acupotomy loose solution once a week, two weeks for a course of treatment.Results:Using acupotomy loose solution treatment of habitual patellar dislocation.In clinical symptoms;signs;patellar axis X-ray;patellar index; lateral patellofemoral angle are improved to varying degrees. Compared with before treatment the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Patients with patellar index compared with before treatment improvement and the lateral patellofemoral angle was recovered the difference is remarkable.Conclusion:After acupotomy loose solution for treating patients of knee joint and soft tissue swelling,pain relief,activities of knee joint interlocking,the snapping situation improved significantly.According to the etiology and Anatomy and Physiology change select acupotomy loose solution treat patellar subluxation can achieve satisfactory results.
