Evaluating The Effect Of Jinxue Tea On Squamous Cell Lesion In Sjogren's Syndrome With Elastography System

Sjogren syndrome(SS)is an autoimmune disease in which the exocrine glands are the main target organs.The parotid gland is the most common affected one.The patient often has clinical symptoms of yinxuxueyu stasis.The study confirmed that the blood source particles yangyinhuoxue effect[1].Research purposes:To use the improved Jinxueyuan tea agent for the treatment of parotid gland lesions of SS yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome with real-time shear wave elastography system and ESR,CRP,and immunoglobulin G(The IgG),D-dimer,and salivary flow rate results were systematically evaluated for efficacy.Research methods:In the outpatient department and outpatient department of the rheumatology department of the Chinese Provincial Hospital of Jiangsu Province,patients with SS parotid gland lesions that meet the standard were selected.In strict accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria,40 patients meeting the requirements were included in the study area and divided into 2 groups.The group was treated with HCQ combined with improved Jin Xue Yuan tea agent,and the control group was given the same amount of HCQ and treated for 12 weeks.The efficacy of parotid glands was evaluated using a real-time.shear wave elastography system,data processing was performed by data processing software,and finally the modified tea was summarized.Effect on Sjogren's syndrome.Research results:1.Before treatment,the basic information and the condition of the two groups were compared:There was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease distribution,related laboratory indicators,and scores of symptoms and signs of TCM in the two groups.2.Improvement of the condition:The treatment group was more effective than the control group(85%,55%)(P<0.05).The laboratory indicators(including ESR,CRP,IgG,and D-dimer)were significantly improved after treatment in both {groups(P<0.05).The salivary flow rate was improved after treatment in both groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was more Compared with the control group,the symptoms of salivary glands were more obvious(P<0.05).The symptom scores of Chinese medicine were improved after treatment in both groups(P<0.05),and the improvement of dry mouth symptoms was more pronounced in the Jin Xueyuan Tea treatment group(P<0.05).3.In patients with parotid gland lesions,the scores of real-time shear wave elastography in the control group did not decrease significantly,but the Jin Xueyuan tea group could reduce the parotid gland real-time shear wave elastography system score(P<0.05).4.In the aspect of safety indicators,no adverse drug reactions and exacerbations occurred in the two groups during the course of treatment,and there was no obvious abnormality in the safety indicators such as blood routine and liver and kidney function.Conclusions:For patients with SS with parotid gland lesions,the combination of Tianjin Blood Source Tea can effectively improve the symptoms of dryness and swelling of the parotid glands,and it also significantly improves related indicators.Moreover,it has no adverse reactions in the short term and is safe.
