Observation Of The Curative Effect Of Rhubarb Moutan Pi Modified Recipe On HIFU Postoperative Uterine Fibroids With Damp-heat And Stasis Type

?Objective?To observe the curative effect observation of Dahuang Mudanpi relative prescription for high-Intensity focused ultrasound treatment of uterine fibroid with dampness-heat and blood stasis,including estrogen,progestational hormone and decrement of fibroid volume.?Methods?120 cases of uterine fibroid with dampness-heat and blood stasis which was treated by HIFU were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,and there were 40 cases in the control group(32 cases were actually followed up)and 40 cases in the treatment group(34 cases were actually followed up).the treatment group was treated with Dahuang Mudanpi relative prescription and The control group was given nothing.Dahuang Mudanpi relative prescription:Rhubarb,Cortex Moutan,Waxgourd seed,Pollen typhae,Rhizoma cyperi,Rhizoma corydalis,which is Provided by the preparation room of Changde Hospital Affiliated to Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,concentrated decoction and filtration according to the standard of this hospital,100 mL per bag.The clinical symptoms,estrogen,progestational hormone and fibroid volume was observed After three months.?Results?he total efficient indicate that treatment group was better than the control group in improving clinical symptoms and decreasing levels of progesterone after 3 months(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in estrogen between the two groups.And the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05)in decrement of fibroid volume.?Conclusion?Dahuang Mudanpi relative prescription for high-Intensity focused ultrasound treatment of uterine fibroid with dampness-heat and blood stasis has obvious curative effect and worthy of promotion.
