Objective:In order to further verify the theory of "liver control and catharsis,helping the spleen to transport",this paper discusses the correlation between different types of chronic gastritis stomach pain and bad emotion,and provides the objective basis for clinical treatment of stomach pain from liver theory,in order to improve the clinical curative effect.Method:According to the International Self-Rating scale of anxiety and Depression and the guiding principles of Clinical Research of traditional Chinese Medicine and traditional Chinese Medicine,the questionnaire of stomach pain was made.A total of 301 patients with chronic gastritis,who were complained of stomach pain in outpatient clinic of Jiangsu traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,were measured and scored,the gastroscopy and pathological report of the patients were registered,the above results were recorded,and the database was set up in SPSS 22.0 system.Frequency analysis,descriptive analysis and correlation analysis were used to analyze the relationship between the characteristics of gastric pain and bad emotion,the relationship between bad emotion and gastroscope,and the relationship between gastric pain and gastro scope.Results:1.In stomachache and bad mood,The scores of anxiety and depression of 50?59 were higher than that of 30?39 in the degree of stomach pain and associated symptoms(abdominal distension,full pain or discomfort in the flank and rib,poor appetite,belching,pantothenic acid,nausea and vomiting,and poor night sleep).The sum of stomachache symptom scores and the sum of anxiety and depression scores were plotted as a scatterplot.All had a linear relationship.Anxiety group R=0.531,P<0.001 Depression group R=0.469,P<0.001;2.There was an anxiety score(40.35±6.55)and a depression score(42.12 ±8.47)in patients with HP infection,and an anxiety score(38.28±6.33)and depression score(40.36±7.80)in patients without HP infection;with bile reflux group The anxiety score(40.93 ± 7.74)and depression score(42.63 ± 9.82)were not associated with the bile reflux group anxiety score(38.87±5.83)and depression score(40.22±7.53);3.Chronic non-atrophic gastritis patients with stomach pain were mainly pain,accounting for 39.16%;chronic atrophic gastritis patients with pain mainly pain,accounting for 35.44%;pain,tingling more common in chronic atrophic gastritis,cramps,burning Pain and pain are more common in chronic non-atrophic gastritis.All kinds of stomachaches were significantly different in various types of stomach diseases(X2=54.526,P=0.04<0.05);4.Gastric pain in the nature of pain in the main intestinal metastasis;pain to erosion mainly;tingling mucosal roughness;common mucosal congestion and edema,rough;chronic gastritis with bile reflux to burning mainly accounted for 65.85%,and easy to be accompanied by mucous membrane congestion and edema,rough mucosa.Conclusion:1.Chronic non-atrophic gastritis stomach palsy to pain,burning,colic mainly chronic atrophic gastritis to pain,tingling mainly;2.As the degree of gastric pain and accompanying symptoms worsened,the degree of anxiety and depression also increased.The two were positively related and could influence each other;3.The psychological state of patients with chronic gastritis and stomach pain without HP infection and bile reflux was different.Patients with HP infection and bile reflux had more anxiety and depression tendency?...
