Clinical Observation Of Short Thrust Needing Combined With Electroacupuncture On The Starting Point And Ending Point Of The Muscle In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of short thrust needing combined with electroacupuncture on the starting point and ending point of the muscle in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.It provides a clinical basis for the short pricking method of Neijing,and provides new ideas and effective diagnosis and treatment techniques for the treatment of this disease by a variety of acupuncture and moxibustion methods.Methods: Totally 60 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with short thrust needing and electroacupuncture on the starting point and ending point of the muscle,and the control group was received celebrex treatment,The treatment group around the knee,Ashi points Dubi,knee eye,crane,short needling techniques,every 10 min line pin 1;Take the muscle starting and ending point biguan,Liangqiu,Zusanli,Xuehai under 1 inches,for acupuncture,needle 30 min,1 times for daily treatment and1 courses for 3 times.The control group took the Celecoxib Capsules 1 times a day,1 times a day,and the 7 day was 1 courses.Two group with a course of four weeks.The scores of Western Ontario and Mc Master University(WOMAC)Osteoarthritis Index and the VAS score were compared before and after treatment.The clinical efficacy was observed.Evaluating the result after 4weeks follow-up.Compare the difference between the two methods according to the results of the score.The clinical curative effect of two kinds of treatment methods was compared through the standard of TCM syndrome diagnosis.And keep a record of the adverse reactions during the study.The statistical software SPSS 22 was used to analyze the experimental data.Results:(1)The difference of gender,age and course of disease of the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and it was comparable.(2)Before and after treatment:(1)The total effective rate was86.67% in the treatment group and 80.00% in the control group.There were no significant different(P>0.05).(2)The WOMAC scale and VAS score of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)For the comparison between groups,the WOMAC scores and the VAS scores were no significant different(P>0.05).(3)Before and after 4 weeks treatment:(1)The effecttotal effective rate of two groups were 83.33% and 56.67%,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(2)The score of WOMAC scale in the two groups was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P <0.05).(3)The VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that before treatment(P < 0.05).The VAS score of the control group was lower than that before treatment(P=0.05).(4)The outcome of the WOMAC scores and the VAS scores,the treatment group was more significant than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)It had same curative efficiency in short term,which used short thrust needing combined with electroacupuncture on the starting point and ending point of the muscle manipulation therapy and celebrex treatment.(2)Delaying the pain,the short thrust needing combined with electroacupuncture on the starting point and ending point of the muscle manipulation therapy better than celebrex treatment in mid and long-term effect.(3)Short spiny method combined with electroacupuncture is a kind of comprehensive therapy with good curative effect,less side effect,stable effect and lasting effect.It is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
