BACKGROUND:Colorectal cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in our country. For many reasons, the incidence of colorectal cancer in our country is showing a more obvious upward trend. In 2015,there were 376,300 patients with newly diagnosed colorectal cancer in China.21.57 million people, women 160,600 people,19.1 million cases of colon cancer deaths,11.1 million men,80,000 women. At present,"polyp-adenoma-cancer" this evolution has been recognized by many scholars at home and abroad, especially adenomatous polyps, the cancer rate of up to 85%.There are studies have shown that colorectal adenoma in patients with colorectal cancer incidence of 4 times higher than normal,so colorectal cancer with polyps in patients with higher risk than the general colorectal cancer patients. At present, the treatment of colorectal cancer mainly Western medicine, and achieved good results, greatly improving the survival rate of patients. But in the course of the treatment of toxic side effects also caused a huge impact on patients.Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of colorectal cancer, prevent recurrence, reduce radiotherapy and chemotherapy side effects and so has a good effect. For the treatment of colorectal polyps, endoscopic resection of the main, but the long-term follow-up found that colorectal polyps have a high recurrence rate, and Chinese medicine treatment for reducing the incidence of colorectal polyps and recurrence rate are Significance. And Chinese medicine with its "Jane, test, then, honest"features,is being recognized and accepted by more and more patients. At present, the research data of Chinese medicine for patients with colorectal cancer with polyps are less.On this basis, the relationship between TCM syndromes and age, sex, pathological type, clinical stage and other factors is studied for colorectal cancer Chinese medicine clinical basis to provide evidence in order to improve the accuracy of clinical syndrome differentiation, and further guide the clinical treatment, improve efficacy, combined with the results of community residents to carry out targeted health guidance. Methods:Based on the previous literature on the study of colorectal cancer in Chinese and Western medicine,to determine the clinical research program, methods and content, and the production of questionnaires,by the expert group evaluation and modification, the formal access to clinical research. In this study,cross-sectional clinical research methods,in strict accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria screening, colorectal cancer with polyp of patients with medical records and its questionnaire, each record once. The main contents of the survey include:patient name, gender, age, pathogenesis, pathological type, disease stage,TCM clinical symptoms, tongue and so on.After the completion of the medical records collection, according to the collection of four diagnostic information in accordance with the diagnostic criteria for TCM syndrome differentiation,by the instructor Professor Li Tong review, the medical information for data entry.Statistical analysis of the data was performed using SPSS21.0 statistical software for the entered database. Results:Of the 121 patients with colorectal cancer with polyp, there were 71 males(58.7%)and 50 females(41.3%).The ratio was 1:1.42.The mean age was 60.06±11.35 years old and the median age was 62 years. The mean age of males was 60.41 ± 10.81 years, the median age was 61 years. The average age of female patients was 59.56 ± 12.13 Age,median age is 63 years old.The age of 50-59 years old patients 25 cases, accounting for 20.6%,the age of 60-69 years old patients 52 cases, accounting for 43.1%.The proportion of patients with age of 50-69 years old accounted for 63.7%of the total number of patients,TCM syndromes were liver and kidney yin deficiency patients 41(33.9%);spleen qi stagnation in 38 patients(31.4%);28 cases(23.1%);spleen and kidney yang deficiency in 10 cases(8.3%);blood stasis in patients with 4 cases(3.3%).The ratio of male to female was measured by chi-square test X2 = 0.220,P = 0.639>0.05.The ratio of male to female was analyzed by chi-square test X2 = 0.947,P = 0.330>0.05;damp heat accumulation type, male and female ratio by chi-square test X2 = 0.5.143,P = 0.023<0.05.From the statistical results can be drawn, spleen qi stagnation and liver and kidney yin deficiency of the two men and women in the proportion of the difference between the chi-square test P values were less than 0.05,the difference between the two is not statistically significant, and damp heat syndrome type Of the patients by chi-square test,P value greater than 0.05,the difference between the two statistically significant. In short,in patients with colorectal cancer with polyps after the analysis of TCM syndrome, deficiency syndrome with spleen qi stagnation and liver and kidney deficiency, spleen qi stagnation type to the main type of patients, and liver and kidney yin deficiency Type to late.Empirical evidence to dampness is the most, and more distributed in the early patients, the clinical stage of the patients with stage IV for the majority of stasis drug resistance.
