A Comparative Study On The Clinical Effect Of Duhuojisheng Decoction Combined With Arthroscopy Of The Treatment Of The Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective: Live with duluojisheng decoction combined with the arthroscopictreatment the curative effect of knee osteoarthritis, to combine traditional Chinese andwestern medicine treatment of knee osteoarthritis to provide reliable has guidingsignificance to the clinical basis.Methods: Select60cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis, were randomlydivided into treatment group and control group,30cases in each group respectively.Treatment group using living by arthroscopy combined with duhuojisheng decoction, thecontrol group using the arthroscopic treatment alone. Record the Lysholm knee scores ofTwo groups of patients with postoperative of2weeks,3months,6months after surgery,and the clinical treatment of4weeks after surgery to be efficient.Results: After two weeks, two groups of curative effect, no significant difference;4weeks after two groups of clinical efficient has significant difference;3months,6months after curative effect of the two groups have significant difference.Conclusion: Live with duluojisheng decoction combined the arthroscopic treatmentof knee osteoarthritis compared with pure the arthroscopic treatment, the patient’ssymptoms and signs can be more improved, especially for patients with postoperativefunctional rehabilitation efficacy, is worth further promotion and clinical application.
