| Objective:To observe the recent curative effect of pain and function with knee osteoarthritis treated by arthroscopy combined with orthopedic drug-washing No.1.Methods:60 patients with knee osteoarthritis of the Department of Orthopaedics of Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2017 to March 2018 were randomly divided into simple group and combined group,30 patients in each group.The simple group included 9 male patients and 21 female patients with an average age of 62.87.The affected knee joints included 13 patients with left knee,10 patients with right knee,and 7 double knees.The combined group included 8 male patients and 22 female patients with an average age of 61.53.The affected knee joints included 8 left knees,13 right knees and 1 double knees.Both groups of patients underwent knee arthroscopy,and the postoperative unified rehabilitation program was used for rehabilitation.The patients in the combined group were treated with two courses of orthopedic drug-washing No.1 soaking after the suture removal.VAS score and Lysholm knee function score were performed before and 2 weeks and 6 months after treatment.The relevant indicators were statistically analyzed.The t test was used to objectively and directly reflect the recovery of the two groups.Results:1.TComparative analysis of patients in the simple group:the median VAS scores before and 2 weeks and 6 months after treatment were 5.50,3.00 and 2.00,VAS scores of 2 weeks and 6 months after operation compared with preoperative,the difference was statistically significant.The Lysholm scores were 68.17±9.99,82.82±6.65 and 84.37±5.68.The Lysholm scores at 2 weeks and 6 months after operation were compared with those before operation,P=0.000<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.It can be seen that simple arthroscopic operation can reduce the pain of knee osteoarthritis patients and restore knee function.2.Comparative analysis of patients in the combined group:the median VAS scores before and 2 weeks and 6 months after treatment were 5.00,2.50 and 0.00.The VAS scores at 2 weeks and 6 months after operation were compared with those before operation,the difference was statistically significant.The Lysholm scores were 67.03±13.27,89.13±5.20and 96.70±3.29,respectively.The Lysholm scores at 2 weeks and 6 months after operation were compared with those before operation,P=0.000<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.It can be seen that arthroscopic operation combined with orthopedic drug-washing No.1 can alleviate the pain of knee osteoarthritis and improve the function of knee joint.3.Comparison between groups:The p-values of preoperative VAS score and Lysholm score were 0.372 and 0.135,indicating that there was no difference in knee pain and dysfunction between the two groups.The premise of this clinical experiment observation.The p-value of the VAS score of the two groups was 0.056>0.05 at 2 weeks after operation.The short-term Chinese medicine soaking did not significantly relieve the pain of knee osteoarthritis.The p-value of Lysholm score in the two groups was 0.021<0.05 at 2 weeks after surgery.It can be seen that Chinese medicine bubble washing can improve the function of the affected side of patients with knee osteoarthritis.At 6 months after operation,the p-values of the VAS score and the Lysholm score were 0.00 and 0.044,both of them were<0.05.It can be seen that the combined group was superior to the simple group.Conclusions:The application of arthroscopy or arthroscopy combined with orthopedic drug-washing No.l can treat knee osteoarthritis.But at 2 weeks after operation,the advantages of the combination of the two are not obvious.When after 6 months,the advantages of the combination are more significant than the simple application of arthroscopy to improve the function caused by knee osteoarthritis.It can provide reference for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with integrated Chinese and Western medicine. |
