Research objective:To observe the comparison of different temperature moxibustion on hyperlipemia model in mice blood lipid therapy effect and express the effects of CGRP/ET-1,discusses different temperature moxibustion treat hyperlipidemia model mice lipid-lowering effect and the expression of CGRP/ET-1 effect on hyperlipemia model in mice.Research methods:40 only 2 months male C57BL/6 j mice were randomly divided into blank control group,model control group,moxibustion 38 ? group,the moxibustion 45 ?group,a total of four groups,each group of 10.In addition to the free diet in the blank control group,the other 3 groups were fed with high-fat diet for 8 weeks,resulting in hyperlipidemia model.Moxibustion 38 ? group and moxibustion 45 ? group two groups given once a day,every 10 min of moxa roll moxibustion god que,blank control group,model control group,no treatment.Use thermometer real-time monitoring CV 8 point place skin temperature keep in 38 ? and 45 ? respectively,intervention in 20 days in mice serum,oxidase method is used to detect the content of serum TC,TG,using the method of enzyme-linked immunosorbent(ELISA)method to detect endothelin(ET),calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP)and transient receptor potential vanillic acid ion channel subtypes 1(TRPV1 mRNA).Research results:1.Compared with model control group,the moxibustion 38 ? group,moxibustion serum TC,TG level 45 ? group were lower,the moxibustion serum TC,TG level 45 ? group was obviously lower,the difference is statistically significant(p<0.05);Compared with moxibustion 38 ? group,moxibustion group 45 ? in serum TC,TG levels drop significantly better than that of moxibustion 38 ? group(p<0.05).2.Compared with model control group,significantly increased the CGRP levels of 45 ? moxibustion group(p<0.05),although the CGRP content of moxibustion 38 ? group has rising trend,but without statistical significance(p>0.05);3.Compared with model control group,moxibustion and ET 1 level of 45 ? group was obviously lower(p<0.05);Compared with the 38 groups of moxibustion moxibustion,the ET-1 level of moxibustion 45 group was significantly decreased(p<0.05).A.Compared with model control group,moxibustion group 45 ? TRPV1mRNA were significantly reduced(p<0.05);Compared with moxibustion 38 ? group,moxibustion group 45 ? TRPV1mRNA were significantly reduced(p<0.05).Research conclusions:1.Moxibustion therapy has a good lipid lowering effect on hyperlipidemia mice;2.The lipid lowering effect of moxibustion may be related to the expression of CGRP/et-1.3.45 ? group with moxibustion moxibustion 38 ? group of lipid control effect is more obvious,this may be associated with activated TRPV1;4.45 ?moxibustion group by activating TRPV1 affected the expression of CGRP/ET-1,thus affecting the blood lipid level of mice hyperlipidemia model;5.Moxibustion therapy can regulate blood lipids by protecting the endothelial function of blood vessels,and has a preventive effect on AS.
