Objective:In this study,to observe the changes of microflow and the transcutaneous oxygen partial pressure (tcPaO2) in hyperlipidemia patients before and after treatment for6weeks,12weeks, to evaluate and probe the immediate effect and accumulative effect and mechanism of mild moxibustion on microcirculation. to provide the therapeutic regimen which can improve the function of hyperlipidemia microcirculat-ion by mild moxibustion in the clinnic, to provide the scientific proof of warming and dredging effect.Methods:60patients with primary hypeilipidemia from the Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine Hyperlipidemia Specialist are treatment of mild moxibustion RN8and ST36. each acupoint moxibustion treatment10minutes, previous day moxibustion treatment1time, treats continuously for12weeks.Before and after6,12weeks of treatment,we record the microflow and tcPaO2,using the Laser Doppler Flowmetry (LDF),and then analyze them. Observe the hyperlipemia patient bloodlipid laboratory target as well as the patient symptom improvement situation.Results:1.Compared with before treatment,After6weeks of treatment,TC, TG, LDL-C has a decreasing trend,TC decreased with statistically significant (P<0.05); After12weeks of treatment,TC, TG, LDL-C decreased with significant difference (P<0.05); Compared with6weeks of treatment,After12weeks of treatment TG decreased with statistically significant (P<0.05); The difference of HDL-C before and after treatment was no statistieally significant(P>0.05).2.The regional blood flow:Before treatment, each time was no statistically significant; After6weeks of treatment, compared with base values,after10,20minutes increased with statistically significant (P<0.05); After12weeks of treatment, compared with base values, each time values increased with statistically significant(P<0.05).The distal blood flow:Before treatment, compared with base values,after30minutes decreased with statistically significant (P<0.05); After6weeks of treatment, compared with base values,after10minutes increased with statistically significant (P<0.05); After12weeks of treatment, compared with base values, during moxibustion and after10minutes increased with statistically significant (P<0.01). Compared with before treatment, after treatment, the regional and distal blood flow have a decreasing trend with statistically significant (P<0.05)。3.TcPaO2:Before and after6,12weeks of treatment, compared with base values, each time values has a decreasing trend, but after12weeks each time values with statistically significant (P <0.05); Compared with before treatment, after treatment tcPaO2values have a decreasing trend with statistically significant (P<0.05); Compared with6weeks of treatment,After12weeks of treatment tcPaO2values increased with statistically significant (P<0.05).4.The regional skin temperature:After treatment, between groups each time temperature change is statistically significant (P<0.01); Compared with before treatment,After6weeks of treatment, the regional skin temperature withoutstatistically significant; After12weeks of treatment, after10,20minutes increased with statistically significant (P<0.05); The distal skin temperature:After treatment, between groups each time temperature change is statistically significant (P<0.01); Compared with before treatment,After6weeks of treatment, the regional skin temperature without statistically significant; After12weeks of treatment, after10,20minutes increased with statistically significant (P<0.05).5. There was relevance between the blocd lipid and function of microcirculation. By analyzing the change rate of TC、TG and the distal bloodflow、tcPaO2values before and after the treatment, significant difference existed (P<0.01, P<0.05), were negative correlation.6. By analyzing the change scores of vertigo、lower limbs numbness、insomnia and the distal bloodflow、tcPaO2values before and after the treatment, significant difference existed (P<0.05), were negative correlation.Conclusion:1. The mild moxibustion has good regulation for the metabolism of lipid of patients with hyperlipidemia.2. Apart from regulating lipid, mild moxibustion simultaneously also has good regulation for microcirculation function of patients with hyperlipidemia, which has certain improve microcirculation and exerts its overall regulation.3. Mild moxibustion improve microcirculation blood flow in patients with hyperlipidemia,so it embodies the immediate effects of acupuncture and moxibustion; After treatment, microcirculation blood flow and tcPaO2values were significantly increased, after12weeks of treatment were better than6weeks,so it embodies the accumulative effects of acupuncture and moxibustion which in improving microcirculation. 4. There is certain relevance between its action of lipid regulation and improve microcirculation function.5. Comprehensive above the results of clinical trials, preliminary proved that the mild moxibustion for the treatment of microcirculation in patients with hyperlipidemia can significantly improve clinical symptoms.lt is effective, safe and reliable, simple and cheap.
