Objective:To observe the effect of different temperature moxibustion in moxibustion(Shenque point)local skin tissue and degranulation of mast cell.To compare the index of blood lipid and the level of serum inflammatory factors,to further explore the effect of moxibustion on weight and liver.The link between the local effect of the skin and the overall regulation as the starting point,to confirme the efficacy of moxibustion in controlling inflammation and decreasing lipid,and exploring the possiblemechanism of it.Methods:Fifty C57BL/6J mice(two-month-old)were randomly divided into normal control group,model control group,38? moxibustion group,45? moxibustion group and Moxibustion medicine group,ten in each group.Except the nonnal control group,the other four group high fat diet eight weeks cause hyperlipidemia model.38? moxibustion group,temperature control in(plus or minus 1)38?.45? moxibustion group,temperature control in(plus or minus 1)45?.Moxibustion medicine group,temperature control in(plus or minus 1)38?,Shenque point apply proper amount of capsaicin ointment,Moxa-moxibustion group received 10 min moxa-moxibustion every day and a total of 20 days of treatment.After treatment,groups of mice weighed,using oxidase method to detect serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)levels.HE to observe each group Shenque point skin tissue morphology in mice and liver steatosis.Toluidine blue staining to observe the Shenque point skin tissue within the number of mast cell and degranulation,double antibody sandwich method was used for detecting the level of serum IL-6,TNF-a and SP.Results:? The serum TC,TG levels of model control group mice were significantly higher than normal group(P<0.01),it means that the model was successful.?The serum TC?TG?IL-6?TNF-a and SP of 45? moxibustion group were significantly lower than the model group,38? moxibustion group and Moxibustion medicine group(P<0.05),theTC?TG?IL-6?TNF-a and SP levels of 38? moxibustion group and Moxibustion medicine group were lower than the model control group,but there was no statistically significant difference.?38? moxibustion group,moxibustion medicine group mice skin tissue structure there is a slight change,45? moxibustion group mice skin tissue specific alterations in structure.The mast cell count of 45 ? moxibustion group is significantly higher than 38? moxibustion group and moxibustion medicine group(P<0.05)..? The liver steatosis and body weight of 45 ?moxibustion group were significantly lower than 38? moxibustion group and moxibustion medicine group.Conclusion:(1)Different temperature moxibustion on serum TC,TG,IL-6,the influence of TNF alpha,SP level is different,45? moxibustion group was significantly better than 38?moxibustion group and moxibustion medicine group,it means that temperature is the key factors for the moxibustion regulate blood lipid and inhibiting the inflammatory.(2)38? moxibustion group,moxibustion medicine group mice skin tissue structure there is a slight change,45 ?moxibustion group mice skin tissue specific alterations in structure,the mast cell count of 45 ?moxibustion group is significantly higher than 38?C moxibustion group and moxibustion medicine group,It is shown that moxibustion can decrease lipid and control inflammation may be associated with local skin changes.(3)The liver steatosis and body weight of 45 ?moxibustion group were significantly lower,It is shown that Moxibustion also has the effect of weight loss and prevention and cure of fatty liver.
