Research On Drug Law Of Professor Zhou Chun-xiang In Treatment Of Gastrointestinal Cancer

Objective:.This research through the Medcase V3.2 data mining system,professor chun-xiang zhou treatment of gastrointestinal cancer patients were retrospectively analyzed the drug laws and explore the new process of combination.In summary by large sample of data statistics to summarize professor Zhou's diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal cancer patients and the medication rule.To explore the academic thought and clinical experience of learning,inheritance and research of professor Zhou,to improve their academic level and TCM clinical thinking ability and deepen the understanding of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine on gastrointestinal cancer,to further improve the clinical efficacy of gastrointestinal cancer,then we can benefit the majority of patients.Method:Focus on data mining technology,this study collected in November 1,2012 to November 1,2017,Professor Zhou Chun-xiang's gastrointestinal cancer cases.According to Medcase V3.2 data mining system,diagnosis and treatment information database were established.Using of descriptive analysis,association rules analysis to summarize Professor Zhou Chun-xiang's drug law.Result:1.310 prescriptions involving 249 kinds of drugs,the highest number of the top three were coptis root,Oldenlandia,fuling.The medicinal properties of the drugs used mainly warm,cold of drugs.2.310 diagnosis cases involving a total of 80 kinds of 32 kinds of symptoms and pathogenesis,number of the top three most of the symptoms of dry mouth,anorexia,abdominal distension,the top three for the pathogenesis of damp,trapped spleen and stomach,deficiency of qi and yin.3.through the analysis of association rules,are commonly used drugs of Rhizoma Coptidis and Oldenlandia,Poria,Rhizoma Pinelliae and prince in Coptis chinensis.Eight groups of core drug combinations were obtained.Conclusion:1.Gastrointestinal cancer symptoms with dry mouth,abdominal distension,anorexia is most common.2.The pathogenesis of the gastrointestinal tumor is mostly damp heat,hindering the spleen and stomach,the deficiency of the stomach yin and the deficiency of qi and Yin.3.temperature Yaohan drug medication.4.Professor Zhou Chun-xiang attaches great importance to paying attention,dialectical therapy,but also pay attention to the modern pharmacological research results.5.To get the core of eight groups,all have the effect of clearing heat and detoxifying,nourishing qi and nourishing yin.
