| Objective: Using descriptive analysis and association rules analysis studyand summarize drug law of Professor Qi Yuan-fu in treatment ofgastrointestinal cancer. So propose a general method to clinical treatment.Methods: By the method of retrospective survey, this study collected in March1,2010to December31,2013, Professor Qi Yuan-fu’s gastrointestinal cancercases. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System，diagnosis and treatment information database were established. Using ofdescriptive analysis, association rules analysis and a typical case tosummarize Professor Qi Yuan-fu’s drug law.Results:1.168drugs were used in all308cases. The top3of the drugs inhigh frequency are Citrus, Coix and Pinellia. The medicinal properties of thedrugs used mainly warm, bitterness, sweet of drugs。In the twelve meridiansand collaterals，spleen and lungs, are the most commonly used.2.4drug suitsthrough association rules analysis are: Citrus and Pinellia, Duchesnea andwhite British, Turmeric and Curcuma, Yams and Yiyiren. Pinellia, Citrus,Heterophylla, Magnolia, Chonglong, Curcuma and Yiyiren are core prescriptiondrugs.Conclusion:1.The main drugs which are used in treating gastrointestinalcancer by Professor Qi Yuan-fu are: tonic drugs, detoxification drugs,expectorants, damp-clearing drugs, damp-transforming drugs, qi-regulating drugs and blood-quickening stasis-transforming drugs.2. Professor Qi Yuan-fupay attention to drug suits and core prescription drugs. Based on the drugsof Pinellia, Citrus, Heterophylla, Magnolia, Chonglong, Curcuma and Yiyiren,modify the drugs according to symptoms.3. Focus on the use of qi-regulatingdrugs.4. Professor Qi Yuan-fu are good at combining diseases differentiationand syndromes differentiation, meanwhile, he chose drug also give think aboutthe primary and secondary of vital qi deficiency and pathogenic qi prevailing,medicinal property and modern pharmacological studies. |
