Based On Association Rules Of The Law Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment On Migraine

By mining and analyzing the treatment of migraine with TCM which meet the standards with Association Rules,to summary the main medicine and drug laws on treatment of migraine, in order to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of migraine.Methods:Collected literature that meet the conditions on migraine treated by traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions in recent ten years, extracted data sets of the oral prescriptions, then analysed these sets with SPSS Clementine 12.0 data mining software using Apriori algorithm to establish data mining model, the minimum Support was set to 15%, and the minimum Confidence was set to 80%.At last compatibility between the drugs combination were displayed for Graphics with Web node.Results:205 treating migraine prescriptions were extracted. There were total 192 kinds of medicine involved, the total frequency of times were 3406, 41 of which frequency was used in more than 25 times, accounting for 75.62 percent of the total frequency. The most frequently used kind was relieving drugs, it was used 666 times in total, accounting for 25.85 percent of the total frequency, it was followed by reducing liver drugs, activating blood and removing stasis drugs, tonic drugs, antipyretic drugs, expectorant, regulating Qi-flowing drugs, tranquilizer drugs, dampness-draining diuretic drugs, interior-warming drugs. There were 422 rules acquired, Chuanxiong was the most used medicine in all the rules, it was used 258 times in total.Conclusion: The wind medicine is the main medicine of migraine treatment, and they often mutual promoted between each other, or used with activating blood and removing stasis drugs, tonic drugs and insect drugs. Chuanxiong is the most important medicine of migraine treatment, it can be used in any type of migraine. By correlation analysis, drug compatibility law in the prescription can be dug out, and be used to provide methods and reference for clinical medication.
