| Objective:Threatened abortion(TA)is one of the most common diseases in the first trimester of pregnancy.In recent years,the risk of threatened abortion in the early stages of pregnancy has increased year by year.Some patients with threatened abortions may be developed to adverse pregnancy outcomes such as missed abortions and inevitable miscarriage,which may seriously affect the physical and mental health of women.This study was to observe the lymphocyte immune factors in patients with threatened abortion and preliminarily explore the mechanism of Bushenantai recipe in treating threatened abortion.Methods:Totally 60 patients who were diagnosed and included in the standard were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(Bushenantai Recipe + Dydrogesterone)in 30 cases,the control group(Dydrogesterone)in 30 cases.By monitoring the serum levels of lymphocyte immune cells(total T cells,CD4 + cells,CD8 + cells,total B cells,NK cells),E2(estradiol),P(progesterone),HCG(human chorionic gonadotropin)and pelvic ultrasound,combined with the main clinical symptoms and signs of patients,observe the embryonic survival rate of treatment group and control group.Results:(1)Serum levels of lymphocyte immune analysis:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in lymphocyte immune analysis between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in total T cells and total B cells between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of immunological analysis of CD4+ cells in the two groups decreased significantly,and the immunological analysis levels of CD8+ cells and NK cells increased significantly.Compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ in the control group was significantly higher than that in the treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of CD4+ cells,CD8+cells and NK cells between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)Comparison of serum hormone levels:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum concentrations of E2,P,and HCG between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment.serum E2.P.and HCG levels in the two groups increased significantly,and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in serum E2 levels between the two groups(P>0.05).The concentration of serum P and HCG in the control group after treatment was significantly lower than that in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)TCM symptom score comparison:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in both groups decreased significantly,and there was a statistically significant difference compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of the control group were significantly higher than the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,the scores of symptom scores of TCM in the control group were lower than those in the treatment group.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).(4)Comparison of TCM syndromes:After treatment,the treatment group achieved recovery criteria in 9 cases,the cure rate was 30%,markedly effective in 18 cases,markedly effective in 60%,effective in 2 cases,effective rate was 6.67%,invalid in 1 case,invalid rate was 3.33%.The total effective rate is 96.67%.In the control group,there were 6 cases of recovery criteria,the cure rate was 20%,14 cases were markedly effective,the effective rate was 46.67%,8 cases were effective,the effective rate was 26.66%,2 cases were invalid,the invalid rate was 6.67%,and the total effective rate was 93.33%.There was a significant difference in the effect of TCM symptoms after treatment between the two groups(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.(5)Comparison of pregnancy outcomes:30 patients in the treatment group,29 cases continue to be pregnant after treatment,1 case of miscarriage is inevitable,0 cases of missed abortion,the effective rate is 96.67%;30 cases of the control group,26 cases of continued pregnancy after treatment,inevitable miscarriage In 2 cases,missed abortion occurred in 2 cases,and the effective rate was 86.67%.There was a statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Antai recipe can exert its clinical effect by stimulating serum lymphocyte immune factors,correcting the imbalance of immune system,and regulating immune tolerance expression.Kidney deficiency type is the most common clinical syndrome type of threatened abortion.The clinical efficacy of Bushenantai recipe in treating Threatened Abortion Induced by Deficiency of Kidney is definite,and is superior to that of Dydrogesterone tablets alone.Bushenantai recipe can significantly change the symptoms and signs of patients with threatened abortion,increase serum E2,P,and HCG levels,improve the survival rate of embryos and continual pregnancy rate,highlighting the characteristics and advantages of Chinese medicine treatment. |
