The Clinical Observation Of Threatened Abortion Treated By Bushenantai Drink With Progesterone And The Effection Of Estradiol On The Pregnancy Outcome

Objective:To observe the oral medicine decoction Bushenantai drink with the intramuscular progesterone in the clinical treatment of the patients who suffer from kidney deficiency of early threatened abortion, and the relationship between Estradiol and the outcome of threatened abortion.Methods:The subject chooses 30 cases of normal pregnant women and 90 cases of patients met the inclusion criteria with early threatened abortion.90 cases of threatened abortion will be randomly divided into three groups, namely Western group (progesterone), TCM group(Bushenantai drink), Western and Chinese medicine group(Bushenantai drink and progesterone),30 cases in each group. Before and after the treatment to observe the vaginal bleeding, the improvement of the symptoms of abdominal pain and lumbar acid, pelvic ultrasound showed fetal development, and to monitor the levels of serum HCG, P and E2.Results:1.The three groups of patients’efficacy comparison after the treatment:the total effective rate of Western and Chinese medicine group, TCM group and Western group was respectively 93.33%, 86.67% and 83.33%, markedly effective rate was respectively 90%, 66.67% and 63.33%, so the statistical analysis is significantly different, P<0.05. The clinical efficacy of Western and Chinese medicine group was better than TCM group and Western medicine group.2. The three groups of patients’improvement of Chinese medicine symptoms:There were significant differences on TCM symptom scores in the three groups of patients after treatment compared with them before treatment, P<0.01. The Western and Chinese medicine group compared with normal group after treatment was P>0.05, so the difference was not statistically significant; the other two groups compared with normal group were P<0.05, so the difference was statistically significant. Therefore the Western and Chinese medicine group was more significant in improving the clinical symptoms.3. The three groups of patients’changes in laboratory indicators: treatment, There was a significant difference between the levels of serum HCG.P and E2 before and after treatment. P<0.05. The levels of serum HCG,P and E2 of Western and Chinese medicine group compared with normal group after treatment was P>0.05,so the difference was not statistically significant; the other two groups compared with normal group were P<0.05, so the difference was statistically significant. Therefore the Western and Chinese medicine group was more significant in increasing the levels of serum HCG, P and E2.Conclusions:The clinical efficacy of Bushenantai drink with intramuscular progesterone in the clinical treatment of patients with early kidney threatened abortion is better than the Chinese medicine or the western medicine, the level of serum estradiol has some influence on the prediction of pregnancy outcome.
