| Objective:By observation the clinic efficacy of Alternative Title Bushenantai recipe for treatment of kidney deficiency type of early threatened abortion, for the development of safe, effective, simple Baotai medicine to provide clinical basis.Methods:Selection of patients who met the inclusion criteria in85cases, were randomly divided into three groups.The treatment group (recipe) in30cases, control group (25cases of dydrogesterone), combination group (recipe with dydrogesterone) in30cases.To observe three groups of patients before and after treatment, serum hormone level in blood lymphocytes immunoassay, changes of the serum level of VEGF and pregnancy outcome.Results:(1)Three groups of E2, P, HCG level:The three groups before treatment of E2, P, HCG level, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); the three groups after treatment of E2, P. HCG concentrations were significantly increased (P<0.05), and their comparison before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); the three groups after treatment serum E2, P numerical comparisons between, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); and after treatment between blood HCG, control group was significantly lower than the combined group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the treatment group and the comparison group, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).(2)Three groups of blood lymphocyte immune level of analysis: comparison of the three groups before treatment the inspection index is compared, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); the three groups after treatment the total T cells, B cells compared to the total, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); three groups after the treatment of CD4+percent content decreased, CD8+and NK cell percentage rise (P<0.05). as compared with before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); after treatment between the three groups CD4+, CD8+, NK cells percentage in comparison, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).(3)VEGF level:three groups before treatment serum VEGF concentrations were compared, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). three groups after the treatment, serum VEGF concentrations were significantly increased,and their comparison before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); but the control group after treatment resulted in significantly lower joint group, the difference was statistically significance (P<0.05); and the treatment group and the comparison group, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).(4)Comparison of curative effect of three groups:total efficiency is compared,with statistical significance (P0.05).The combined group had the highest efficiency (90%), followed by the treatment group (83.33%). the last is the control group (76%). Conclusion:Kidney deficiency is the main type of Early Threatened Abortion with TCM syndromes, recipe for treatment of kidney deficiency type of early threatened abortion clinic curative effect, better than dydrogesterone; Bushenantai is Chinese traditional medicine by elevated serum E2, P, HCG levels, regulation of serum lymphocyte immune factors, improvement of vascular endothelial growth factor VEGF to play a therapeutic effect; integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating the early threatened abortion is safe and effective, with adjustment of endocrine hormone, immune factors, angiogenic synergistic effect, worthy of further development, popularization and application. |
