The Clinical Study Of The Transporting Spleen And Resolving Food Stagnation Decoction In Treating The Children Indigestion(Spleen-Qi Deficiency And Food Stagnation Wich Not Spread,But Heat Syndrome)

Objective:To summarize the experience of clinical instructors in treatment of children with indigestion,and commonly used control test and hospital medicine curative effect,observation and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared,in order to determine the basis of Chinese medicine treatment of this disease on the advantages and strive to reach the degree and frequency of seizures abate children indigestion the children of the spleen and stomach conditioning,enhance children's digestion and absorption capacity,improve the growth and development of children and to enrich and standardize TCM infantile malnutrition and traditional Chinese medicine prevention and treatment programs,to further play the characteristics and advantages of Chinese medicine in the treatment of pediatric diseases.Methods:60 cases of eligible children were collected and numbered according to the order of out-patient visits.Among them,the odd number was selected into the treatment group and the even group was selected as the control group.The treatment group was treated with Transporting spleen and Resolving food stagnattion Decoction,the control group was treated with the hospital preparation group,the two groups was treated for 2 weeks,and watched for 2 months.The general situation and the related condition of the children were recorded in detailed survey follow-up records.The scores of the main symptoms and symptoms before and after treatment were compared.The clinical efficacy and related factors were evaluated by comparative analysis of score and score.Results:After the treatment of medical statistics calculation,the cure rate of the treatment group(Transporting spleen and Resolving food stagnattion Decoction)was 40%,the cure rate of the control group(Chinese medicine group)was 10%,the total efficiency of the treatment group was 93.33%,the total effective rate of the control group was 70%,P value 0.003,they had significant difference.After two courses of treatment,there was a significant difference in the total scores of the main symptoms and the scores of the secondary symptoms before and after treatment between the control group and the treatment group(P<0.05).The total scores of the main symptoms,the total scores of the secondary symptoms,and the total scores between the groups,there were also significant differences.The scores of appetite,stool,tongue coating,hand foot heat and odor in the control group were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05).Abdominal pain,abdominal distension,nausea and vomiting,mental state and facial color/body score were not significantly different from those before treatment(P>0.05).The control group after two month treatment were compared with before treatment,in addition to the mental state before and after the difference was not significant(P>0.05),the others had significant difference(P<0.05),the control group after a period of treatment and after two courses of contrast,appetite,stool,tongue,complexion/body,hand foot heart hot/mouth the odor had significant difference(P<0.05),mental state,abdominal pain and distension were not significantly different(P>0.05).Integral treatment and treatment group after a period of mental state before the comparison,the difference was not significant(P>0.05),and loss of appetite,abdominal pain,nausea and vomiting,stool,tongue,complexion/body,hand foot heart heat/mouth odor of several groups of symptom scores were significantly different(P<0.05),integral and treatment the treatment group after two courses,each symptom contrast before there was significant difference(P<0.05).After a course of treatment were compared with two courses of treatment,appetite,stool,complexion/body,hand and foot heart heat/mouth odor were significantly different(P<0.05),abdominal pain,abdominal distension,tongue coating,nausea and vomiting,and mental state were not significantly different(P>0.05).After a period of treatment,the control group were compared with treatment group,loss of appetite,tongue,hand foot heart heat/mouth odor symptoms of the three groups had significant difference(P<0.05),abdominal pain,nausea and vomiting,abnormal defecation,mental state,physical symptoms in complexion/after a course of two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05).After two courses of treatment,the two groups had significant difference in the symptoms of appetite loss,abdominal pain,abdominal distension,hand foot heat and mouth odor(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the symptoms of nausea and vomiting,stool,mental state,tongue fur and complexion/figure(P>0.05).In terms of efficiency,there were significant differences in the total efficiency of the control group and the treatment group after a course of treatment and after the two course of treatment(P<0.05).In the exploration of related factors of efficiency,evaluation of the condition were compared with the efficacy and had significant difference(P<0.05),evaluation of course of disease were compared with curative effect,the difference was obvious(P<0.05),found no significant differences in age and comparative evaluation of curative effect(P>0.05).Conclusion:The findings of this study,treatment of children with spleen-qi deficiency and food stagnation wich not spread,but heat syndrome,not only the efficacy of the treatment group in improving appetite,abdominal distention,belching and nausea and vomiting symptoms significantly,but also in the stool,mental state,tongue,complexion/body,hand foot heart heat/smell in the mouth,were greatly improved.And there was a certain effect on the main symptoms of the control group,both in the time less than the treatment group,the total efficiency,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,indicating the tutor digestion of Transporting spleen and Resolving food stagnattion Decoction was more reliable.
