Objective: Through the clinical observation of Professor Sun Liping’s empirical prescription Qingrexiaojisan combined with acupuncture at sifeng point to treat pediatric stagnation(food accumulation and heat syndrome),this topic evaluates the clinical efficacy of combining internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine to treat treat pediatric stagnation(food accumulation and heat syndrome),evaluates the efficacy and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in treating this disease,excavates and summarizes Professor Sun Liping’s academic thoughts and experience in treating stagnation of food,and provides an effective diagnosis and treatment plan for clinical work.Methods: From November 2020 to December 2022,62 outpatients were selected from the Children’s Diagnosis and Treatment Center of Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine where Professor Sun Liping works.All cases met the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and passed the screening of inclusion and exclusion criteria.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,namely the treatment group and the control group.In the treatment group,the traditional Chinese medicine Qingrexiaojisan was taken orally,and combined with acupuncture at sifeng point therapy.The control group was treated with Shenquxiaoshi oral liquid.While the course of treatment was 7 days.Both the 2 groups were treated for 4 courses.I was responsible for observing the changes of curative effect indicators of kids before and after treatment.Also the data of the study was statistically analyzed.Results: 1.In terms of clinical efficacy,4 patients(14.29%)showed efficacy and 24patients(85.71%)showed efficacy in the treatment group;The control group had 21responders(67.74%)and 10 non responders(32.26%).2.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 100%,which was 67.74% higher than the rate of the control group(P<0.05).3.The treatment group was superior(P<0.05)in strengthening the clinical symptoms of decreased food intake,abdominal pain,body contouring,lip color,halitosis,irritability,dry stools,nausea and vomiting in the affected children.Conclusion: The clinical effectiveness of Qingrexiaojisan with acupuncture at sifeng point in the remedy of pediatric stagnation(food accumulation and heat syndrome)is superior to that of Shenquxiaoshi oral liquid without significant adverse effects,which provides a better comprehensive treatment method for the clinical treatment of pediatric hemarthrosis and deserves clinical promotion and application.
