In the radial lateral of thumb group,5 cases were cured,6 cases were markedly improvd, 15 cases improved,3 case ineffective, the total effective rate was 90.00%.2. thread surface of thumb group was more effect than radial lateral of thumb group for the therapy of foul breath (P<0.05)Conclusion:1. infantile centripetal tuina in both the thread surface of thumb and the radial lateral of thumb has the similar efficacy in children with food stagnation.2. infantile tuina therapy has a significant effect in treatment of infants with food stagnation.
