Clinical Observation Of Chunru Gel In The Treatment Of Cervical HPV High-risk Infection (damp-heat Stasis Syndrome)

Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of toon milk gel in the treatment of high-risk infection of cervical HPV(damp-heat stasis syndrome).It is hoped that this study will provide one more choice for the treatment of high-risk infection of HPV(damp-heat stasis syndrome).Method According to the random principle,sixty patients with high-risk cervical HPV infection were selected from outpatient clinic of gynecology and obstetrics of the first affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of traditional Chinese Medicine and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.In the treatment group,the vaginal drug was applied 3 days after the menstruation was clean,and the vulva was cleaned in the evening,one drug was used at a time for 15 days,except for the menstrual period.15 days as a course of treatment,1 menstrual cycle only one course of treatment,3 consecutive courses of treatment,menstrual period stop medication,pay attention to contraceptives during medication(using condoms),spouse do not cooperate with medication.The patients in the control group were treated with Baofukang suppository 3 days after menstruation and 2 capsules each time after cleaning the vulva at night except for the menstrual period.16 days as a course of treatment,1 menstrual cycle only one course of treatment,3 consecutive courses of treatment,menstrual period stop medication,pay attention to contraceptives during medication(using condoms),spouse do not cooperate with medication.HPV was performed within 3 to 7 days after menstruation was cleaned in the fourth cycle.The efficacy was evaluated.The clinical symptoms and the negative rate of HPV were observed before and after the treatment.Results There was no significant difference in age and course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the negative conversion rate was 46.47% in the treatment group and 53.33% in the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.33%,5 patients were cured,13 patients were obviously effective,10 patients were effective,and 2 patients were ineffective.In the control group,the total effective rate was 86.67%,the recovery rate was 4,the significant effect was 10,the effective was 12,and the ineffective was 4,P > 0.05,there was no significant difference between the two groups.There was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.01),which showed that after treatment,the scores of clinical syndromes in both groups had a good improvement.The difference between the two groups was P > 0.05,there was no significant difference between the two groups,indicating that the curative effect of the two drugs was the same.Conclusion In this clinical observation,toon milk gel has the same effect as Baofukang suppository in increasing the negative rate of HPV,improving the clinical curative effect and improving the integral of TCM syndrome.It is worthy of clinical use.
