Teeth are an important part of the human body.If they cannot be repaired and regenerated,they will inconvenience people's lives and seriously affect people's health and beauty.Therefore,dental restorations undoubtedly bring a gospel to the missing teeth.Implant prosthodontics prosthesis has the advantages of stability,no damage to adjacent teeth,and gradually becomes the preferred method for patients with missing teeth.Implant prosthetic surgery is performed mainly on the alveolar bone,drilling temperature affects the activity of bone cells;drilling quality determines the stability of the implant.Therefore,the study of drilling temperature and drilling quality in drilling process is very important for improving the success rate of implant denture restoration,and it also provides a theoretical basis for clinicians to operate.This article relies on the key research and development plan of Shandong Province to study the influence of drilling parameters on the drilling temperature and drilling quality during drilling of alveolar bone,and the influence of cutting fluid on drilling temperature.The method of simulation and experiment is used to analyze.The drilling mechanism of the alveolar bone and the damage mechanism of the surrounding tissue,the main research contents of this paper are as follows:First,a three-dimensional simulation model of alveolar bone drilling was established by the finite element finite element analysis software ABAQUS.The alveolar bone drilling experiment was designed and the validity of the simulation model was verified.The parameters that have important influence on the modeling accuracy,such as the material properties in the modeling process,the selection of the constitutive model,the division of the grid,the selection of failure criteria,and the boundary conditions,are selected and defined.Then,referring to the clinical drilling parameters of QILU Hospital of Shandong University,the alveolar bone drilling experiment was designed and the method of measuring the actual temperature of the drilling surface by fitting the temperature at different locations was proposed.Comparing the experimental results with the simulation results,we found that the maximum error does not exceed 7%,which verifies the effectiveness of the simulation model.Secondly,the influence of drilling parameters on temperature was analyzed by simulation model,and the effect of cutting fluid and feed rate on temperature wasanalyzed by experimental methods.The simulation results show that as the feed rate increases,the cutting thickness increases,the rake face is also subjected to increased pressure,resulting in increased frictional heat,so the maximum temperature during drilling as the feed rate increases gradually increase;as the spindle speed increases,the maximum temperature in the drilling process decreases first and then increases.Based on the temperature simulation results,a neural network prediction model was established and the prediction accuracy of the model was verified.The influence of drilling conditions such as cutting fluid and feed method on the drilling temperature was studied,and the mechanism of action was analyzed and verified theoretically.Experiments have found that adding cutting fluid and multiple feeds can effectively reduce the temperature during drilling.Increasing the cutting fluid can reduce the maximum temperature by 25.73%.Multiple feeds can reduce the temperature of the drilling process by 57.19%.Finally,because the surface quality of the borehole has an important influence on the subsequent integration with the implant,the surface quality of the drilling leaving the borehole is analyzed.By qualitatively analyzing the chips under different drilling conditions,the basic laws of cutting and drilling temperatures are summarized.At thesame time,the effects of different feed methods and cutting fluids on the surface morphology of the borehole were also analyzed.The borehole surface roughness under different drilling parameters was measured.The influence of rotation speed and feed rate on the surface roughness was analyzed,and a temperature prediction model of drilling parameters and surface roughness was established based on the experimental data.The prediction accuracy of the prediction model is verified.Since the clinician does not understand the basic knowledge of cutting,this article has studied the drilling temperature and drilling quality in the drilling process,revealed the drilling mechanism in the drilling process,and optimized the drilling parameters.Clinical application provides an important theoretical basis and is of great significance in guiding clinical work.
