Healthcare industry is a knowledge intensive industry which require professional staff.And the retired ones are always with higher education,higer title and making an outstanding contribution.They are precious for the development of the whole society,especially for health care industry.However,it would be kind of a waste if they just do nothing about health care after retiring.So it is very important to bring them back to work.This paper has researched the present situation of the development of human resources in the old age based in Kunming,and made a conclusion.Besides,the paper proposed problems within health care industry and also given advice about how to solve these problems,hoping to provide various methods to develop human resources in the old age in Kunming.To achieve the objective,firstly,I have known about the research results by searching a large number of documents related to the development of the elderly human resources in the medical industry of Kunming.These researches provide a direction for the writing of this article.Secondly,determining the object of the research by relevant policies and regulations,the developing process of medical industry and human resources of the elderly in Kunming.And then obtaining the important datas through interviewing hospital personnel department and rehired staff.Finally,the last two chapters are the most important and difficult ones which give conclusions related to the prebious charpters.Through the analysis,the main reasons affecting elderly human resource development in medical industry in Kunming city are tas follows.concentrated lack of guiding role in imbalance,the demand of human resources and the reality of the environment of elderly people to their own factors,employment channels,insufficient development,old staff concept and the protection scope of fuzzy and government.By analysis,the main reason why it is difficult for the development of the elderly human resources in the medical industry areas follows.The imbalance between demand and supply,the limit of the eldly themselves,less of the channel for rehiring after retirement,the unawareness of the importance,as well as the ack of government guidance.In view of the above problems,the paper has put up with corresponding solutions,including system,the public environment,and the law to protect legitimate rights and interests inorder to improve the development of the elderly human resources in the medical industry.Besides,this paper wish to make it legal for the elder to come back to work.So they can give full play to the advantages to make the health care industry in Kunming better and better.
