ObjectiveThrough investigating the basic situation of human resources in the pilot institutions of integrated medical and health care in Henan Province,to understand the present situation of human resources in the pilot institutions of integrated medical and health care in Henan Province.To analyze human resources status from the dimensions of gender,age,education,occupation,job title,working age,insurance payment,salary level,on-the-j ob training,job workload,facing difficulties and satisfaction,and to study the influencing factors of long-term employment willingness of staff in pilot institutions that integrate medical and health care.To understand the human resources status in the pilot institutions of integrated medical and health care in Henan Province comprehensively,and analyze the existing problems,propose corresponding policy recommendations and provide reference for government departments at all levels to formulate and promote related policies and policy implementation of medical and health care integration.MethodsIn this study,literature analysis method and expert group discussion method were used to compile the questionnaire for the staff in the pilot institutions of integrated medical and health care in Henan Province.The sampling pilot institution was responsible for filling out the questionnaire by itself and recovering the questionnaire.The final sample size was 2074.The data was manual double-entered using Epidata3.1 software,and the data was processed and analyzed using spss21.0 software.Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the human resource allocation in the pilot institutions of integrated medical and health care in Henan Province.Binary Logistic stepwise regression analysis was used to analyze the staffs long-term influencing factors of employment willingness.Results1.Human resources allocation in the pilot medical and health care institutions in Henan Province:There were 582(28.06%)male and 1492(71.94%)female among the 2,074 staff members in this survey.The age distribution was mainly concentrated between 20-50 years old,and the distribution was more even.The number of junior colleges in the education distribution was the largest,with 738(35.58%).The number of registered nurses was the highest in different occupational distributions.with 535(25.80%).The number of junior titles was the largest among different titles,with 788(37.99%).Most of the working-age distributions was concentrated within 4 years,with 1446 people(69.72%).In the distribution of insurance payment,there were 1,364 people(65.77%)who paid insurance.In the distribution of wage levels,the number of people between 2000 and 3000 yuan was the largest,with 932(44.94%).In the distribution of on-the-job training,1.896 people participated in on-the-job training(91.42%).In the distribution of post workload,920 people(44.36%)said that there was a large amount of post workload currently.The three main difficulties currently faced by staff members were that the clients and their families did not understand(62.39%),low wages(45.52%),and high mental stress(44.74%).In the distribution of satisfaction,the current salary level,working environment,and overall job satisfaction were 6.13%,62.78,and 57.08%,respectively.2.The influencing factors of long-term employment willingness of staff in the pilot institutions of integrated medical and health care in Henan Province:Factors such as regional distribution,age,post workload,working age,and overall job satisfaction had an effect on the long-term employment willingness of the staff in the pilot institutions of integrated medical and health care in Henan Province(P<0.05).Conclusions(1)The number and structure of human resources in the pilot institutions of integrated medical and health care in Henan Province need to be optimized,and salary level,workload and security level of staff need to be further improved.(2)The long-term employment willingness of the staff in the pilot institutions of integrated medical and health care in Henan Province is affected by various factors,include area,age,working age,workload,and satisfaction with the overall situation of work.
