Jiangsu Rural Communities (Health Human Resources Development Research

Rural health work is the focus of the health work in China. For the development of rural health, the construction of talent team is very important. Township hospital as the center of rural health service system is of great significance for improving the level of health care services, to accelerate the development of rural health services. Its development has great impacts on the overall level of the rural health work. With the development of market economy and the deepening of the reform of the medical and health system, human resource allocation in towns and townships can not meet the need of residents. As located in the eastern developed area, Jiangsu province has always attaches great attention to the rural health system. However, while the rural health system hardware conditions have improved a lot, the rural health system still faces the problem of a shortage of talent and Personnel instability.Based on this, this study did a survey in Qixia district in Nanjing and tried to explore suburban rural medical reform through investigation Qixia district residents health service staffs cognition, attitude and satisfaction, to study rural health talent demand situation, provide suggestions for the rural health reform. This paper was divided into six chapters. Chapter1introduced the research question, research objectives and methodology. Chapter2did a review on the theory of inductive comb human resources improvement and the theoretical foundation of the relationship between regional development and the present situation; Chapter3mainly studied the rural medical and health development, reviewed the history of China’s rural medical and health system since the establishment of new china, analysis at different stages of progress and problems; Chapter4studied current situation and problems of rural medical and health care personnel development in Jiangsu province; Chapter5Took Qixia district as research area and did a resident’s survey. Then the paper made an analysis of resident’s attitude to health service, technology level, trust and selection of medical; Chapter6put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
