Clinical Study On Wenjing Decoction Combined With Fire Needle Therapy For Asthenia-Temperature Obstructive Vitiligo

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenjingtang combined with fire acupuncture in the treatment of Deficiency-cold-stagnation vitiligo and to discuss the application of dermoscopy in vitiligo disease.Methods: 72 patients with vitiligo who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with Wenjingtang combined with fire needle and external rubbed 0.1% tacrolimus ointment,and the control group was given traditional Wenjingtang and external rubbing 0.1% tacrolimus ointment.Microscopic clinical observations were performed by using a dermoscope.The areas of white spot,pigmentation scores,and formation of color islands under the dermatoscope were recorded before and after,4 weeks,8weeks,and 12 weeks treatment,respectively,and a case observation chart was filled out.SPSS 22.0 was used for statistical analysis and conclusions were drawn.Results:1.Comparison of efficacy between two groups of patientsThe total effective rate was 85.29% in the treatment group and 66.67% in the control group,which was statistically different(P<0.05).The number of effective cases was observed under the dermoscope.The treatment group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The dermoscope results showed that the number of effective cases was increased in the treatment group compaied to the control group.2.Lesion area of two groups of patientsThere was no significant difference in the area of white spot before treatment between the treatment group and the control group.The white area before treatment was 19.74±11.24 cm2 in the treatment group,and the area of the white spot was9.62±10.81 cm2 after 12 weeks of treatment.The area of white spot in the treatment group was significantly reduced;the white area before the treatment in the control group was 17.12±6.31 cm2,after 12 weeks of treatment The area of the white spot was 11.62±6.61 cm2,and the white spot area of the control group was significantly reduced.The comparison group between the treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing the area of white spot.3.Comparison of skin pigmentation scores between two groupsThere was statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment for 12 weeks after the treatment,which showed that there was a statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group,indicating that the two groups of treatment programs had a significant effect on improving the white spot pigment score,and the treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:1.It is clear that Wenjingtang combined with fire acupuncture has a definite effect on the treatment of Deficiency-chilling-resistance-type vitiligo.It is superior to the control group of oral Wenjing Decoction in improving white spot area and pigment integral.For the clinical treatment of vitiligo provides new ideas and methods.2.Dermoscopy has a high application value in evaluating the efficacy of vitiligo.
