The Clinical Efficacy Of Compound Decoction Of Shouwu Jili Combined With Fire Needle In The Treatment Of Vitiligo

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicinedecoction combined with acupuncture in treatment of vitiligo.In order to find aneffective method in the treatment of vitiligo.Methods:Selected80cases of patients with vitiligo,Totally208targetlesions,Selected109as treatment group, which treated with oral compound Decoctionof Shouwu Jili combined with fire needle and compound Kaliziran tincture,Theremaining99lesions as control group, treated with compound Shouwu Jili decoctioncombined with external use of compound Kaliziran tincture,4weeks for a course oftreatment, continuous observation of six courses,Upon completion of the study, weevaluate the extent of repigmentation,Graded the treated sides on a6-point ordinalscale based on global estimate of the change in vitiligo as follows:completeimprovement (100%),very much improved (76%-99%), much improved (51%-75%),improved (26%-50%), minimal change (1%-25%),and no change.SPSSl7.0statisticalsoftware were applied for data analysis,Finally, we analyze the clinical curative effectand record the adverse effects.Results:Compare the curative effect of the treatment group and the comparisongroup, treatment group total effectiveness90.83%,dash optimal rate62.39%； thecomparison group total effectiveness80.81%，dash optimal rate36.36%；Statistic showsthat there is obvious difference between the two groups(P＜0.05), No obviousdifference between the two groups of recovery rate(P＞0.05).Conclusions:Compared with the the treatment group and the comparison group,Shows that Decoction of Shouwu Jili combined with fire needle to treatmentvitiligo had better effect and worthy of being applied widely, It has been certified as asafe and effective prescription of Chinese herbal medicine by clinic experiment.
