The Clinical Observation Of Decoction Based On The Theory Of Collateral Disease Combined With Fire Needle In The Treatmentof Stable Vitiligo

Purpose:To observe the clinical efficacy of Tongluoqubai decoction combined with fire needle in the treatment of stable vitiligo, at the same time to explore the mechanism of Tongluoqubai decoction combined with fire needle with treatment of ordinary stable vitiligo.Methods:Select 72 patients meet the conditions with stable vitiligo, randomly divided into treatment group and control group,36 for each group.There were 5 cases fall off in the treatment group as well as 4 cases in the control group during the entire experiment. The treatment group was treated with Tongluoqubai decoction combined with fire needle while the control group was given oral administration of baibo pills and Wei Alu.2 months for a course of treatment, continuous observation of 3 courses.Recorded the skin lesion area before and after treatment for 2 months,4 months and 6 months,and make comparative analysis.Recorded the emotion changes before and after treatment, and make comparative analysis.Took notes the adverse reactions occurred during the course of treatment and abnormal in laboratory examination,and estimated the safety of medicine.Result:Starting from the treatment for 2 months, two groups of patients with skin lesion area compared with before treatment were significant difference (P<0.05); Starting from the treatment for 4 months, lesion area of change between treatment group and control group with significant difference (P<0.05); After 6 months of treatment,the effective rate of treatment group was 90.63%,while the control group was 69.70%,and there was significant difference (P<0.05).After treatment,The skin lesion area of two groups was significant difference (P<0.05),The treatment group was better than the control group,as well as in improving the emotion.Conclusion:1.Tongluoqubai decoction combined with fire needle in the treatment of stable vitiligo can significantly reduce the area of skin lesions and after the treatment, the patient’s emotion has improved.2.Tongluoqubai decoction combined with fire needle in the treatment of stable vitiligo was a Safe, reliable and effective treatment plan.
