| ObjectiveThis study is based on a randomized controlled method,through the design of specific clinical experimental programs,to observe the clinical effects of the treatment group(filiform-fire needle plus traditional Chinese medicine experience recipe)and the control group(traditional Chinese medicine experience recipe)on yin-cold stagnation constipation,to provide a new scheme for the treatment of yin-cold stagnation constipation,which can make the treatment effect reach the disease site directly,and has the characteristics of low economic cost,long maintenance effect,obvious improvement of clinical symptoms,exact curative effect,and is suitable for clinical promotion.MethodSixty patients with yin-cold stagnation constipation meeting the requirements were randomly divided into two groups,namely 30 cases of filiform-fire needle plus traditional Chinese medicine experience and 30 cases of traditional Chinese medicine experience.The treatment group was treated with filiform-fire needle plus traditional Chinese medicine experience once a day,taking one side of the acupuncture point each time,taking the opposite side of the acupuncture point alternately every other day,taking a rest once a week,and treating for two weeks in total.Control group:only oral treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,1 dose per day,200ml of water decoction,1 dose per day,6 doses as a course of treatment,taking two weeks.During the treatment period,the two groups of patients had light diet,appropriate exercise,and did not accept Chinese,western medicine and other treatment methods unrelated to the treatment.The scoring scale was used to compare the main symptoms and concurrent symptoms of the patients.Result1.After two weeks of treatment,the effective rate of the filiform-fire needle plus traditional Chinese medicine empirical formula group reached 96.667%,and the effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine empirical formula group reached 86.667%.the two treatment methods are both effective for yin-cold stagnation constipation.the later software tests showed that P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant.the two groups are both effective,but the treatment group is better than the control group.2.The total scores of clinical symptoms between and within the groups were compared before and after treatment in the filiform-fire needle plus traditional Chinese medicine empirical formula group and the traditional Chinese medicine empirical formula group respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),suggesting that the two treatment schemes can reduce the total scores of clinical symptoms of patients,and the filiform-fire needle plus traditional Chinese medicine empirical formula is more effective for patients with yin-cold stagnation constipation.3.Comparing before and after treatment,the scores of symptoms in the group of filiform-fire needle plus traditional Chinese medicine empirical formula were compared,and the results showed that P<0.01,the difference had significant statistical significance,while the analysis of symptoms in the group of traditional Chinese medicine showed that P<0.01,the difference had significant statistical significance in defecation interval time,defecation characteristics,defecation difficulty,defecation intention,concurrent symptoms and difficulty.After two weeks of treatment,a single clinical score comparison between the two groups showed that the difference was statistically significant in defecation speed,difficulty and concurrent symptoms(P<0.01).P<0.05 was obtained in defecation interval time,character and defecation meaning,and the difference was statistically significant.It is concluded that the experience formula group of filiform-fire needle plus traditional Chinese medicine can improve the defecation speed,concurrent symptoms,interval time,character,difficulty,and defecation intention of patients.4.Comparing the time of first defecation before and after the treatment of filiform-fire needle plus traditional Chinese medicine empirical formula group and traditional Chinese medicine empirical formula group respectively,the difference has significant statistical significance(P<0.01).The difference of the first defecation time between the group of filiform-fire acupuncture plus traditional Chinese medicine experience prescription and the group of traditional Chinese medicine experience prescription after treatment has significant statistical significance(P<0.01).The results showed that the first defecation time in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group.Conclusion1.Both therapies can better improve the clinical symptoms of patients with constipation due to yin cold accumulation and stagnation,and the curative effect of the filiform-fire needle plus traditional Chinese medicine group is better than that of the control group in improving the symptoms of constipation.2.Filiform-fire needle plus traditional Chinese medicine experience prescription can improve the clinical symptoms of yin-cold stagnation constipation patients,especially in improving defecation speed,defecation difficulty,concurrent symptoms and first defecation time,which is obviously superior to traditional Chinese medicine experience prescription group. |
