Investigation And Analysis Of Chronic Disease And Its Risk Factors In Tinghu District,Yancheng City

[Purpose]:To master the epidemic situation and trends of the main chronic diseases and risk factors among residents aged 18 years and older,assess the current chronic disease comprehensive prevention and control measures of implementation effect,and provide the basis for the next stage of the new comprehensive prevention and control strategy of chronic diseases.[Methods]:Two stage cluster random sampling method was adopted,4 villages(streets)were randomly selected,1 villages(villages)were selected from each township(street),and each village(residence)was investigated at least 800 objects,if the number of investigation was insufficient,some villages(residence)near the village(residence)were investigated.The design sample size was 3200.[Result]:For residents aged 18 and older in 2016,the standardized rates were as follows:the smoking(20.63%),drinking(20.42%),hypertension(22.07%)?diabetes(5.66%),central obesity(41.42%)and obesity(10.67%).Per capita salt is.5.37 g/day.[Conclusion]:The risk factors of the prevalence of chronic diseases were age,sex,smoking,drinking and obesity.We should take targeted prevention and control measures to reduce the prevalence of chronic diseases.
