Objective: Through the study of the process and effect of the rapid recovery of orthopedics in a tertiary hospital, the paper presents the most effective procedures and programs for rapid rehabilitation, and the comparison after rapid rehabilitation in a specific population and clinical observation indicators.Compared with the literature data,it provides a brief introduction of the economic value and sociology value, which can provide an effective basis for promoting rapid rehabilitation. Methods: Through the randomization,a total of 117 patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty were recruited into the fast-track rehabilitation group, and the other patients underwent total hip arthroplasty with conventional surgery as an another group. There was no significant difference in clinical data such as gender, age, duration, type of underlying diseases, which are comparable(P> 0.05).The two groups of patients through different treatment measures are employed to observe the difference of the length of hospital stay, hospitalization costs, the prognosis, the rate of allogeneic blood transfusion, infection, thrombosis, postoperative nausea and vomiting.Using spss19.0 data processing system for analysis and treatment, also using t test,chi-square test with technical data, measurement data was used by standard deviation, and p <0.05 for the study was statistically significant.Comparison was done between the infection rate, thrombosis, postoperative nausea and vomiting and other data from relevant literature data. Results: Through statistical comparison,it was proved that there was no difference between the two groups.Among them, the average hospitalization cost after the total hip arthroplasty was 104620 yuan, the highest was 242806 and the least was 29227 yuan. The average cost of hospitalization for patients who recovered quickly was 91,124 yuan, the highest was 202,777 yuan and the lowest was 44,497 yuan. There was significant difference between hospitalization costs(p <0.05).Receiving rapid rehabilitation after total hip arthroplasty, the average length of hospital stay was 12.63 days, the longest was 29 days and the shortest was 5 days. The average length of stay in patients with normal recovery is 15.33 days, the longest is 8 days and the shortest is 38 days. The difference between hospital days was statistically significant(P <0.05).The cost of fast-rehab group and hospital stay were less than those of the traditional group.Among the patients who received rapid recovery after total hip arthroplasty,113 patients were cured. The cure rate was 96.58%.The cure rate was 85.71%.18 patients were improved,so the improvement rate was 15.12%;the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p <0.05).Status rapid rehabilitation group was better than the traditional group;117 cases of patients entered a rapid recovery path by perioperative blood, infection prevention measures, measures to improve the prevention of thrombosis, intraoperative nausea, vomiting analysis of risk factors and countermeasures. The rate of allogeneic blood transfusion decreased to about 25%,the infection rate was reduced to 0.85%,the total incidence of thrombosis was 11.3%,of which the incidence of venous leg thrombosis was 5.6% and the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting was <21%.Clinical observation indicators were lower than the reported value. Conclusion: The rapid rehabilitation is based on multidisciplinary, emphasizing the cooperation of surgery, anesthesia,ICU,nursing, nutrition and rehabilitation.Combining the strengths of various disciplines to create a new clinical pathway has been proven to improve postoperative patients' quality of life and reduce the probability of complications,so that the patients can recover soon.Rapid rehabilitation not only reduces the patient's treatment time and cost, but also allows the patient to recover earlier and restore social function, which has great sociological value and economic benefits.
