Objective:Rapid rehabilitation concepts and measures are more and more recognized in pancreatic surgery and applied in clinical practice. Many results have been achieved, but the complications after LPD are still high. There are many studies on the improvement of gastrointestinal function in patients after abdominal surgery, and the clinical effect is remarkable, but the application of traditional Chinese medicine in pancreas is less. Therefore, under the guidance of the basie theory of traditional Chinese medicine, this study designed rehabilitation exercises after abdominal surgery based on the overall concept, meridian theory,Qi,blood and body fluid theory. To explore the effect of rehabilitation exercises after abdominal surgery on gastrointestinal function in patients with LD,including recovery time of bowel sounds, first anal exhaust and defecation time, hospital days after operation, nausea and vomiting grade and abdominal distension and abdominal pain score, and to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of this method, quantify and standardize the bed movement mode and activity volume of patients after LPD in order to promote perioperative LPD operation.Rapid rehabilitation of patients provides new treatment ideas and methods, and provides data support. Methods:By reviewing and summarizing the research progress of Chinese and Western medicine on gastrointestinal dysfunction after LPD,combining with the actual clinical needs, the clinical problems were put forward, and the rehabilitation exercises after abdominal surgery were designed to verify.Sixty patients were divided into two groups according to the principle of random allocation. The control group was given routine rehabilitation measures after operation, while the experimental group was given abdominal rehabilitation exercises(Rehabilitation exercises were performed before operation and on the first day after operation,2 times a day,3-5 minutes each time, lasting 7 days).WBC,NEUT%,Hb,AST,ALT,TBIL,DBIL,PT,CRP,blood or ascites amylase were recorded before operation in both groups. The recovery time of bowel sounds, the time of first anal exhaust and defecation, the time of total flow diet, the grade of nausea and vomiting, the scores of abdominal distension and abdominal pain, and the number of days in hospital after operation were recorded, and the complications were recorded.SPSS17.0 software was used to analyze the baseline characteristics and observation indicators of the included cases.Results:1.This study included 60 patients,30 in the control group and 30 in the experimental group. There were 20 males and 10 females in the control group, and no cases dropped out. There were 30 cases in the experimental group and 2 cases dropped out.Finally,21 males and 7 females were included in the study.2.There was no significant difference in baseline data(gender, age, history of abdominal surgery, preoperative PS score, operation time, anesthesia time, intraoperative bleeding volume, intraoperative fluid infusion volume, preoperative WBC,N%,Hb,ALB,AST,ALT,TBIL,IBIL,PT)between the control group and the experimental group(P>0.05).3.The recovery time of bowel sounds, the first time of anal exhaust and defecation, and the days of hospitalization after operation in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).4.The grade of nausea and vomiting in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of abdominal pain and distention in the experimental group were not significantly different from those in the control group(P>0.05).5.In terms of postoperative complications, there was no significant difference between the control group and the experimental group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation exercises after abdominal surgery can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy, which has a rapid rehabilitation effect to a certain extent.
