Research On Clinical Standardization Of TCM Rehabilitation Diagnosis And Treatment Plan For Knee Arthritis (knee Osteoarthritis)

OBJECTIVE: To consult and statistic experts' integrated opinions on clinical standardization of rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment of knee arthralgia disease by means of expert questionnaires combined with Delphi method and frequency method,and to form a rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment scheme of knee arthralgia disease(knee osteoarthritis)in traditional Chinese medicine,so as to provide reference for clinicians in choosing clinical treatment schemes,and to further explore the rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment prescription of knee arthralgia in traditional Chinese medicine.Provides the basis for clinical standardization research.Materials and Methods: The first round of expert questionnaires were developed by Delphi method and frequency method through preliminary basic literature research and distributed to 12 experts from all over the country.After recovering the questionnaire,the first round of expert questionnaires were summarized and analyzed,and some items were revised to formulate the second round of expert questionnaires.The second round of expert questionnaires were summarized and analyzed.According to the deletion criteria and inclusion criteria,the preliminary draft of Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Diagnosis and Treatment Scheme for Knee Bi Disease(Knee Osteoarthritis)was formulated.Previous literature studies and "Diagnosis and treatment of knee arthralgia disease(knee osteoarthritis)"(2010 edition of the Medical Administration Department of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine)listed the items of medication,dosage,time,course of treatment of the relevant treatment methods,and canceled the scoring method,changed to statistical expert opinion frequency,formed the third round of expert questionnaires.The third round of expert questionnaires are summarized,the first draft of diagnosis and treatment plan is formed,and the first round of expert demonstration meeting is held.The fourth round of expert questionnaires is conducted according to the relevant questions raised by experts at the demonstration meeting.The results are summarized and sorted out,and the second round of expert demonstration meeting is conducted.At the demonstration meeting,the knee arthralgia disease(knee osteoarthrosis)is formulated throughthe analysis and discussion of the participating experts.Inflammation)Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Diagnosis and Treatment Program.Result:1.Choose knee arthralgia disease as the name of traditional Chinese medicine.2.The diagnostic criteria of Western medicine are selected as Guidelines of Orthopaedics Branch of Chinese Medical Association,2007 edition.3.Selection of TCM diagnostic criteria "Expert Consensus on TCM Diagnosis and Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis(2015 Edition)".4.The syndrome differentiation of TCM includes wind-cold-dampness arthralgia type,liver-kidney deficiency type,qi stagnation and blood stasis type,Yang deficiency and cold coagulation type,rheumatic-heat arthralgia type.5.The common causes include age,obesity,overuse,strain,sex,inflammation,and injury caused by falls.6.Treatment methods include intra-articular injection,oral administration of Western medicine,Decoction of traditional Chinese medicine,fumigation and washing of traditional Chinese medicine,hot compress of traditional Chinese medicine,moxibustion,acupuncture,warming and moxibustion,electro-acupuncture,acupotomy,massage,functional exercise and iontophoresis of traditional Chinese medicine.7.The evaluation indicators of curative effect were selected as WOMAC,VAS,KSS,JOA,Lysholm,HSS and TCM Therapeutic Evaluation Criteria of Osteoarthritis in Xi'an Ontario and McMaster University.CONCLUSION: This study used Delphi method and frequency method to conduct four rounds of expert questionnaires,and after two rounds of expert demonstration,formed a "knee arthralgia disease(knee osteoarthritis)diagnosis and treatment program(2010 edition of the Medical Administration Department of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine)" based on the "knee arthralgia disease(knee osteoarthritis)rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment program of traditional Chinese medicine" and reported to the Science and Technology Department of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine.This study optimizes the original diagnosis and treatment plan according to expert opinions,provides reference for clinicians to choose treatment plan,and provides basis for further exploring and studying the clinical standardization of knee arthralgia.
