Objective:The goals of this Paper is clarifying Migraine is one of "Head Wind",summarizing the treatment of Chinese doctors from ancient time and pointing out the problems and shortcomings,and the most important thing is summarizing the clinical experience and academic thoughts of Wang Songling treating Migraine from the Liver.In this way,I can improve the abilities of Syndrome differentiation and using Chinese herbs reasonably.Methods:Checking out the clinical experience of Migriane treatment with TCM in the last ten years to find out the insufficients.Following Doctor Wang in the hospital and studying his Papers having been published to summarize his academic thoughts.At last,I finished this Paper guided by Doctor Wang.Results:The Paper contains these five parts.The first part,I summarized the treatmen ts of Chinese doctors from ancient time to inherit their advantages and proposed the Problems.And the second part discusses the theoretical basses of Doctor Wang's academic thoughts from Liver's pathology and physiology and hepatobiliary's Meridian Circulation.The third part is analysis of Wang Songling 's thoughts of treating Migriane using TCM.It explained the relationship of Liver,exogenous pathogenic factors and the Migriane 's happens,the difference between Shi syndrome and Xu syndrome,the formation of phlegm and blood stasis,and the treatment experience of Doctor Wang.The fourth quarter is clinical cases.It can reflect the clev er of Wang Songling 's using of Si Ni San and Du Liang Wan.The last part is conclusion of Wang Songling 's academic thoughts.Doctor wang can combine the syndrome of TCM with the diseases listed by Modern medicine.Conclusion:Professor wang advocats that Migraine is one of internal injury diseases,and it can be caused by the stasis of “gan qi”,induced by the weather changes.He Divides this disease into five types and uses “Si Ni San” and “Du Liang Wan” to treat it.Clinical shows that the treatments are very useful.He combines the syndrome of TCM with the diseases listed by Modern medicine,which should be studied by us.
