| Objective: to observe the clinical effects for pain particles of treatment with migraine cross wind stasis collaterals, and to discuss the clinical curativeeffect mechanism.Methods:120cases of selected by random number tables are divided into therapygroup of60cases, granting of qufeng-huoxue decoction to be taken orally；60patients inthe control group, treated by compound Antelope point particles. Two sets of4weeks as acourse of treatment. Observation on headache improved degree of recurrence intervals oftime, with symptoms improve, laboratory testing, drug side effects, and so on.Results: Treatment of total effective rate of86.7%,73.3%in the controlgroup.Comparison of the two groups had significant difference (p＜0.05). Treatment insymptomatic improvement and reduces blood viscosity and TCD indices have betterefficacy, significantly better than the control group (p＜0.05），and found no apparentadverse effects.Conclusion: Expelling wind and blood-activating first wind is wind stasis rejectioncollateral effect significantly, safe, reliable, and non-toxic side effects, and in theoryconfirmed put out weathered wind and removing blood stasis on treatment of blood stasis,huoxue tongluo rejection complex-type head wind effect for reliable. |
