| Objective: To objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Professor’s self-made empirical prescription Wangwei Powder in treating tic disorder in children with hyperactivity of liver and wind.As well as explore Professor’s academic thought and experience in treating tic disorder in children.to provide theoretical and clinical basis for inheriting the academic experience of traditional Chinese medicine masters. Methods: A total of 60 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of wind type of liver hyperactivity were included in this study.all the children came from the outpatient clinic of my Professor. In this study,All the subjects were treated with Wangwei Powder for 4weeks.There are three different time points(before treating;14 ±3 days during treating;28±3 days after treating),the subjects were evaluated by YGTSS scoring table(exercise tic score, vocal tic score),TCM syndrome evaluation and safety index detection,in order to analyze the efficiency and safety of this prescription. The data analysis was realized by SPSS26.0 statistical software. Results: 1.Among the 60 patients that participated in this study,2 cases were removed and1 case fell off during the treating, and a total of 57 children completed this study.2.YGTSS score:(1)The score of vocal tic significantly decreasing during the treatment, and there were significant differences between before and after treating, and between after14 ±3 days and 28 ±3 days treating(P<0.05).(2)The score of moving tic showed a significant downward trend during taking medicine, and there were significant differences between before and after taking medicine, and between after 14 ±3 days and 28 ±3 days taking medicine(P<0.05).(3)The total score of YGTSS score table decreased significantly after taking medicine, and there were significant differences between before and after taking medicine, and between after 14 ±3 days and 28 ±3 days taking medicine.3.The quantitative score of TCM syndrome: the scores of 14 ±3 and 28 ±3 days after taking medicine were significantly lower than those before taking medicine, and the data of14 ±3 days and 28 ±3 days after taking medicine were statistically significant(P <0.05).4.Overall efficiency evaluation: the total effective rate of 14 ±3 and 28 ±3 days in YGTSS score standard was 82.46% and 85.96%,and that of 14 ±3 and 28 ±3 days in TCM syndrome quantitative scoring standard was 85.96% and 91.23%.It is proved that the effect of long course of treatment of Wangwei Powder on tic disorder in children is better than that of short course of treatment.5.The safety of this medicine is good. Conclusion: 1.Professor Wang lie’s clinical treatment is mainly to calm the liver and extinguish the wind, supplemented with kidney-tonifying and mind-calming drugs for the treatment of tic disorder.2.Wangwei Powder can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of tic disorder, and has high safety. |
