Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Qufeng Zhitong Pot In The Treatment Of Postpartum Arthralgia

Objective:The research is to investigate the clinical efficacy of Qufengzhitong Decoction in the treatment of postpartum rheumatism,to enrich the understanding of the mechanism of postpartum rheumatism differentiation and new ideas for treatment,and to promote the popularization and application of deafness-preventing delirium in the market.Methods:All cases of this study were collected in the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and 72 outpatients met the diagnostic criteria for postpartum rheumatism from October 2016 to October 2017.The patients in the treatment group were treated for 2 cycles(8 weeks)with Qufengzhitong Decoction,and the patients in the control group were not treated with any drugs.They were regularly reviewed and observed for 8 weeks.All patients were followed up for 1month.It Observed the TCM syndrome scores,VAS scores,SF-36 scores and changes in safety indicators before and after treatment in the both groups.Which analyzed and evaluated the clinical efficacy and safety of Qufengzhitong Decoction in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhoids.Results:(1)The VAS scores of the treatment group were lower than those before treatment(P <0.05).(2)The TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group were lower than those before treatment(P <0.05).(3)After treatment,physical health(PCS)and mental health(MCS)in the SF-36 scores of the treatment group were higher(P <0.05).(4)The treatment group were superior to the control group in comprehensive efficacy(P <0.01).(5)There was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups of patients during thetreatment and follow-up,and there were no abnormalities in the safety observations(vital signs,three routines,liver and kidney function,and electrocardiogram).Conclusion:The treatment of postpartum rheumatism by Qufengzhitong Decoction can significantly reduce TCM symptom scores and VAS scores,increase SF-36 scores.And Qufengzhitong Decoction has clinical efficacy with high safety and no serious adverse reactions.It is suitable for clinical use and worthy of promotion.
