Objective: From the perspective of caregivers of Alzheimer's patients in Changchun, this study explores different characteristics of caregivers of Alzheimer's patients and the different characteristics of Alzheimer's patients under their care through a questionnaire survey of caregivers of Alzheimer's patients. The impact on the burden and anxiety of Alzheimer's patients' caregivers in Changchun City, and the influencing factors are analyzed to improve the quality of life of Alzheimer's patients' caregivers. Methods: This study uses convenient sampling to distribute the general information questionnaire, the Caregiver Burden Interview(CBI),and the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)to Alzheimer's caregivers. To Investigate caregivers burden and anxiety, analyze its influencing factors, use Excel and SPSS20.0 to analyze the data, and use independent sample t-test,one-way ANOVA,Kruskal-Wallis H test to analyze the differences, multiple linear regression analysis was used to explore the main factors that affect caregivers burden and anxiety.Results:1.A total of 160 caregivers of Alzheimer's patients were investigated in this study. The total burden of caregivers score is(53.32 ± 13.398),and the score range is 30 to 80 points, and the burden of caregivers is generally at a medium level.2.Of the five dimensions of caregiver burden,development-restricted burden scores the highest, and the others are physiological burden,time-dependent burden, social burden, and emotional burden.3.The total anxiety score of the caregivers is(53.81 ± 8.085),indicating that the caregivers generally have mild anxiety.4.In this study, the CBI score of Alzheimer's patient caregivers was used as the dependent variable.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the patient's self-care situation, patient age, monthly patient care costs, caregiver medical cost pressure, caregiver gender, the number of waking at night of patient, the patient's cultural background, and the caregiver's anxiety are independent factors that affect the caregiver burden of Alzheimer's patients.Together they show an explanation rate of 62.1% for the burden of caregivers.5.This study used Alzheimer's patient caregiver's anxiety score as the dependent variable.Multiple linear regression analysis showed: whether the patient has a chronic disease, the amount of help the caregiver received, whether the patient has income, the patient's self-care situation, the patient's disease course, the caregiver's burden, the monthly cost of the patient's care and the weekly caregiver's time are more likely to affect the anxiety of Alzheimer's caregivers.Together they showed an explanation rate of 46.6% for caregiver anxiety.Conclusion:1.Caregivers of Alzheimer's patients generally have mild anxiety and the burden of caregivers is generally at a medium level.2.In this study, the CBI score of Alzheimer's patient caregivers was used as the dependent variable.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the patient's self-care situation, patient age, monthly patient care costs, caregiver medical cost pressure, caregiver gender, the number of waking at night of patient, the patient's cultural background, and the caregiver's anxiety are independent factors that affect the caregiver burden of Alzheimer's patients.3.This study used Alzheimer's patient caregiver's anxiety score as the dependent variable.Multiple linear regression analysis showed: whether the patient has a chronic disease, the amount of help the caregiver received, whether the patient has income, the patient's self-care situation, the patient's disease course, the caregiver's burden, the monthly cost of the patient's care and the weekly caregiver's time are more likely to affect the anxiety of Alzheimer's caregivers.
