The Study Of The Effect Observation Of Ankangyan Tongxiao Granule On Postoperative Edema Of Hemorrhoids

Objectiveedema following hemorrhoids surgery is one of the most common and difficult complications of hemorrhoids surgery.This study aims to evaluate the efficacy of Ankangyan Tongxiao Granule on hemorrhoid edema after bhemorrhoids surgery.To make an effective and convenient therapy for the patients who are suffering from hemorrhoid edema.Methodology72 patients with hemorrhoid surgery and postoperative edema were selected in our hospital from April,2016 to June,2017.Were randomly divided into two groups(control group and experimental group)of 36 cases.The control group was treated with microwave,The experimental group was treated with Ankangyan Tongxiao Granules on the basis of the control group.Efficacy and edema scores were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe experimental group was better than the control group,The difference was statistically significant(P = 0.029,P<0.05);The edema score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,The difference was statistically significant(P =0.001,P<0.05);The pain score in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P=0.00,P<0.05).ConclusionThe effect of Ankangyan Tongxiao Granule on the postoperative edema of hemorrhoids is significant and has certain preventive effect,Can be in clinical promotion.
