Objective: The purpose of this experiment is to observe the single factor intervention of electroacupuncture, acupuncture and mirabilite sitting bath in the case of anal edema after hemorrhoids operation.Whether the improvement of clinical signs has obvious difference or has a special advantage unilaterally. Methods: All the patients were hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of Hunan Province. The treatment group(30 cases)intervened by electro Acupuncture while the control group intervened by Acupuncture(30 cases)or mirabilite hip bath(30 cases)respectively. At the same time point after starting the intervention program, the patients with anal edema after hemorrhoidectomy were evaluated, and the evaluation results of the three groups were recorded. Finally, statistical software was used to objectively analyze the evaluation content, including the difference of effective rate, edema score and pain score. Results: By analyzing the data after integration,it was concluded that the symptoms and signs of patients in the three groups had improved to different degrees after treatment.1.According to the comprehensive evaluation results, the effective rates of electroacupuncture intervention group, acupuncture intervention group and mirabilite sitz bath group were 83.33%,63.33% and 50.00%,respectively.The effective rate of electroacupuncture intervention group was higher than that of acupuncture intervention group and mirabilite sitz bath group.2.According to the comprehensive evaluation results of edema integral, the edema score of three groups decreased to different degrees under different intervention factors, and the decrease of edema score in electroacupuncture group was more obvious than that of the other two groups. The trend of edema integral changes began to show difference after 5 days of treatment.P = 0.000 < 0.05 after the7 th day of treatment,it was indicated that there was significant difference in the improvement of anal edema after hemorrhoid operation by electroacupuncture, simple acupuncture and mirabilite sitting bath. Therefore, the rank sum test was compared. The results showed that the electroacupuncture was more advantageous than that of simple acupuncture(p=0.002 < 0.05)and mirabilite sitting bath(p=0.000 < 0.05),but the difference between simple acupuncture and mirabilite sitting bath was not obvious.3.According to the results of comprehensive pain assessment, the pain score of the treatment group and the control group decreased in different degrees after treatment, but the difference was not statistically significant. However,on the fifth day in the EA intervention group(P = 0.000 < 0.05),the pain score decreased significantly, indicating that EA can rapidly achieve analgesic effect in a short time. Conclusion:Through observation and comparison of the three groups of experimenters, electroacupuncture can improve the perianal edema, reduce the volume of edema, relieve the edema related pain, and reduce the edema integral after hemorrhoid operation. The clinical effect is better than that of the simple acupuncture group and the traditional mirabilite sitting bath. The method is safe, green and environmental friendly, and has no side effects. It can be used as one of the treatment methods for anal edema and wound rehabilitation after perianal operation.
