Hospital management is the important part of public health management,and medical devices are significant public health resources.Optimizing management of large-sized medical devices for 3A hospitals can not only promote modernization of hospital management,but also promote reasonable allocation of public health resources,so as to radically solve the current difficulty of expensive medical treatment problem which has generally existed among the masses,and ensure the healthy development of public health service of China.Presently,many 3A hospitals start to attempt full life-circle management,which is favorable to increasing efficiency and prolonging service lifetime of large-sized devices of 3A hospitals,improving overall standard and capacity of device management for individual hospital,as well as overall standard and capacity of device management for hospital of China.Consequently,the author takes “Research on Optimization of Full Life-Cycle Management of Large-sized Devices for 3A Hospitals From the View of Resource Allocation-Taking A hospital in Hunan Province as example”as the research subject.Firstly,the paper defines the relevant concepts,and briefly illustrates relevant theoretical problems,lays the theoretical foundation for the subject research.Secondly,the paper utilizes such research methods as literature research method,investigation analytic approach,generalization and summary method,case study method,etc.to execute field investigation on current situation of large-sized medical devices management for A hospital in Hunan province,and uses questionnaires to relatively and objectively understand current situation of full life-circle management trial of large-sized devices for 3A hospitals,deeply analyzes the key problems and reasons for full life-circle management of large-sized devices of these hospitals,so as to come up with measures of optimizing full life-circle management of large-sized devices for 3A hospitals,which helps to increase full life-circle management level of large-sized devices for 3A hospitals of China,and provides better reference for reasonable allocation of public health resources,especially medical devices of China.Compared with other similar papers in the academic circles,the paper has innovations as follows: the first is innovative research angle.Most scholars in the academic circles study full life-circle management from the respects of science of business administration and engineering management,while the project studies optimization of full life-circle management of large-sized medical devices for 3A hospitals from the view of theory of resource allocation,which is a new angle,not only benefiting improving management level of large-sized medical devices for 3A hospitals,but also promoting reasonable allocation of large-sized medical devices.The second is innovative research content.The main research content of the project is optimization issues of full life-circle management of large-sized medical devices for 3A hospitals.Currently,there are many papers regarding research on full-life circle of products and enterprises,but there are few research papers with respect to full life-circle management of medical devices,even there is no paper for optimization of full life-circle management of large-sized medical devices for 3A hospitals.Therefore the project takes a hospital in Hunan province as example,implements demonstration research on optimization of full life-circle management of large-sized medical devices for 3A hospitals,puts forward effective countermeasures and suggestions,which is regarded as innovation for the research content.
