In recent years, with the market economy continues to develop in depth, in the new market environment and the health system, how to optimize the allocation of human resources in public hospitals and gradually improve core competitiveness, is the most important issue to be considered in public hospitals. Ningxia N Hospital, as a public hospital in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,has made certain achievements in the reform talent introduction, personnel selection, appointment system,the distribution system and establish personnel agency system, personnel training and other incentives, there are many problems and shortcomings at this stage, Ningxia N hospital human resource allocation management is still in the overall planning, the introduction of management staff, personnel selection and appointment, incentive pay, training and so on. This paper hopes to have targeted empirical research, based on the theory of human resource allocation, to depth analysis of human resource allocation for the status of the hospital N, and propose practical measures for improvement suggestions, effectively improve the existing hospital N allocation of human resources management existing problems and shortcomings. Continuing to promote the optimal allocation of human resources of Ningxia N hospitals and improve the talent management system, to further enhance the level of the hospital’s human resources management, enhanced Ningxia N hospital for more powerful core competitiveness in the future in the field of medical services, and promote the sustained and healthy development of the hospital.
