Objectrive:To analyze the risk factors of cerebrovascular disease screening in a certain area of Suzhou, and to analyze the risk factors of high risk stroke Population and understand the regional distribution of risk factors of cerebrovascular disease,so as to Provide a scientific basis for the Prevention and treatment of cerebrovascular disease. Methods:This study selected 4663 resident residents who living within six months of Permanent from January 2016 to July 2017 in Gusu District North Street of Suzhou City,,inclusion criteria:?50 years of age Of the resident PoPulation;?have the city residence,or lived in the region for 6 months.Exclusion criteria:?unable to answer the question independently;? year-round bedridden or Persons with mobility Problems;?due to Physical, mental and other reasons can not comPlete the screening,follow-uP.Risk factors for stroke include:hyPertension, dysliPidemia, diabetes, family history of stroke, smoking history, significant overweight or obesity(BMI ?26 kg/m2),Motor deficits or light manual workers(exercise times<3 times/week and<30 minutes/time,Participation in worker-Peasant labor as exercise),atrial fibrillation.Criteria for evaluation of stroke:Among the above 8 risk factors, those with at least 3 risk factors are those at high risk or those with Previous history of stroke/transient ischemic attack and are rated as high risk of stroke;those with 3 or fewer One of the risk factors, but one with a chronic condition(hyPertension, diabetes mellitus, atrial fibrillation or valvular heart disease)is classified as at-risk for stroke;those with 3 or fewer risk factors and those without chronic disease are those at low risk for stroke.Carotid artery color Doppler ultrasound examination was performed on high-risk population.Results:(1)The samPle size of this study was 4663,with a mean age of 64.72 ± 8.76 and a BMI of 24.41 ± 3.39,accounting for 80.61%of all Patients with one or more abnormalities(hyPertension,hyPerliPidemia and hyperglycemia).60-69 age group for the Proportion of dysliPidemia and smokers the highest Proportion of age groups. The Proportion of male Patients with hypertension, the Proportion of Patients with diabetes, the ProPortion of Patients with atrial fibrillation, the history of stroke were higher than the female grouP(P<0.05),and the male grouP smoking and lack of exercise were significantly higher than the Proportion of women, and the difference was statistically Significance(P<0.05).(2)According to the analysis of the risk factors of stroke in the Population, only 12.74%had no stroke risk factors,34.28%had low risk of stroke and 36.72%had stroke, while stroke High-risk Population accounted for 29.0%.(3)Analysis of the distribution of high-risk grouPs of PeoPle at different ages shows that 60-69 age grouP belongs to the age grouP with the highest risk of stroke. There was no significant difference in the distribution of high-risk grouPs among different sexes(P>0.05).Risk factors for different age grouPs at high risk of stroke showed that among the 50-79 age grouP,the toP four risk factors for stroke were hyPertension, dysliPidemia,hyPerglycemia and significant overweight/obesity.The results of carotid ultrasound showed that there are 327(63.5%)cases of ultrasound showed varying degrees of carotid Plaque, thickening or stenosis.Among them, there were 230 cases(44.7%)with atherosclerotic plaques,165 cases with thickening,32%cases with stenosis(3.1%),16 cases with stenosis.Conclusion:(1)The Prevalence of chronic diseases in the elderly over 50 in a certain area of Suzhou is higher..(2)The number of high-risk stroke Patients aged over 50 in a certain area of Suzhou accounted for 29.0%.(3)"three high"(hyPertension,hyPerglycemia and hyPerliPemia)and significant overweight/obesity as the main risk factors for stroke.(4)The proportion of abnormal carotid ultrasound detected in the high-risk population of cerebrovascular disease in this area is relatively high.63.5%of the high-risk group had carotid intimal thickening, plaque and stenosis in varying degrees.
